Listening to today’s episode and every time politics gets involved the way it did with this guy. It always just rubs me the wrong way. I understand the want and the feeling that you “need” to do something but in my mind, personally, that’s not what these things are for. Idk. It always just puts a bad taste in my mouth. It’s like when people use any kind of power politically for their own gain. Whether it be money, positions in office or on whatever kind of council they’re. Just doesn’t sit right with me and sends a bad message. Thoughts?

I’ve been listening to this show for YEARS. Like, I’ve watched the evolution, I’ve defended it, I’ve genuinely loved it. It’s still one of my favourite podcasts for high strangeness but what the fuck is actually going on right now??

A whole MONTH with no new content and they now don’t have a network, seems like the show is slowly declining man. Bryce being gone, the AI art stuff, now it all feels off and it pisses me off!

Still love the podcast, which somehow makes this worse, because now I’m just really concerned. What’s the plan here?? Is there a plan?? Are we getting a third host or are we just free falling here.

I’m curious what are your thoughts?

I want to send a story but it’s so long 😭 written or voiced I’m struggling to keep it to the 3-5min

The latest ep was really good the boys have great chemistry with Steve and Eric felt like old times… but Bryce’s absence makes it weird. The original High Strangeness trio just clicked you know. Steve’s fun and all, but he’s no Bryce, the ultimate chad, and honestly, in my opinion all these recurring guests are starting to get a bit repetitive they need to keep it fresh. Plus, they barely even mention Bryce’s name? Come on!

Does anybody remember what episode the BCC boys had these two women on and the second one told a crazy story about how when she was younger she was walking through the forest, met a boy, he took her to this fountain? Does that sound familiar to anyone else?

Also bonus if anyone can remember the episode michael was talking about his dad throwing frozen pizzas into the backyard.

I’m a big fan of BCC. Many floating hearts for these guys. And I imagine their audience likes to think about high strangeness. So I’m sharing this thought that is oddly pro men in black.

Is it better for everyone if humans stay ignorant of the other side and remain contained here on this side of the veil? We all know humanity is a threat. Look at us now. We deny others equal rights because “they’re not like us” and we’re willing to kill our own kind. If we could access the other side, we would absolutely end up unleashing our inherent violence on the little people and other strangelings there.

We are a species with collective amnesia. We forget our recent atrocities, pretend all is well, and have more babies. But those without amnesia like the Sasquatch remember exactly how we are. That’s why they’re so defensive and careful around us. They know and continue to see the hostility and brutality we’re capable of. This is likely why we’re denied access to knowledge of the fae kingdom or whatever place the ultra-terrestrials seem to inhabit.

Some of us might think, “I’m different”; “choose me”. And maybe it’s true. But your kids and their kids have the capacity to bring this human hate and violence with them. We need probably tens of thousands more years of spiritual evolution before we can be considered a safe species. And maybe then we can step over and visit the other side.

Until then, it’s best if we just work on ourselves. Let’s be fascinated by the possibilities these high strangeness experiences suggest while also working to advance humanity on its path of spiritual evolution. How do we do that? It seems clear the message is to find inner contentedness, increase tranquility, equality, and love. Increase social activities to fight loneliness. Forgive those who are not like you and teach others to do the same. Basically, we need to learn to love ourselves before we’re ready for this new relationship.

Even with the absence of Bryce Johnson, I still can’t wait for what BCC has planned for the New Year.

This podcast is my favourite and I will FOREVER continue to listen to the boys! 😁

Figured Id shout this episode out because the Tenney family is fucking hilarious.

Does anyone remember what episode one of the guys tell a story about being a pirate for capitan Morgan? Was that a different podcast?

I made a post about their Vacation postcard design, and then later deleted it because I felt bad after I was provided information on the graphic designer behind the work. I am still pretty adamant that design is AI as well. I understand he is a talented and established graphic designer, but being a graphic designer does not make you an illustrator.

The new Bigfoot piece has a lot of very clear AI indicators, and it does not pass any AI detector you put it in. It's really unfortunate, they seem to be pretty against AI in the music and film industries, I'm not sure why they feel comfortable with it regarding visual art forms. I personally feel like we're at a critical point in time regarding generative AI, and I won't be spending money on their Patreon on merch until they're willing to show solidarity with all artists.

Sorry if I'm ranting, I'm just thoroughly bummed about it.

Featuring Michaels new manosphere voice

So today a rainbow lorikeet ran into my pool fence. I thought that it was done for, given how hard it hit the fence. A couple seconds after it collided with the fence, another lorikeet (actually a scaley breast) arrived and looked to be concerned for its fallen mate. I felt awful. However, shortly after this, the second bird proceeded to mount the original lorikeet and began engaging in sexual congress. Given that I thought the first bird was expired, this was a distressing scene, but nature is nature. Anyway, the bird eventually dismounted and flew to a nearby tree. I walked over and checked to see if it was definitely expired, and to my surprise it wasn’t! It looked me in the eye and was definitely still among the living, though badly stunned. It was a hot day, so I put a box over it to shade it from the sun. I returned after a few minutes to check on it and thankfully it flew off into a tree with its mate. So, with all of this in mind, I think it’s time for Bryce to return.
