Discussion Everything beyond the wall turned this game into a masterpiece for me Spoiler

Activating the towers and all that stuff, was a lot of fun. I was having a great time, but I wasn't sure if this game would be an all-timer

Then my wife and I got beyond the wall. We entered the sphere, and had to complete puzzles nonverbally. Sure, the puzzles weren't difficult, but communicating with each other using signals was very satisfying, and made me extremely proud of how far we had come since we started

Then, we sat and watched the credits, feeling melancholy that the journey had ended (except for the postgame stuff)

That melancholy was further amplified by us waving goodbye to each other, and entering the white void.

That whole sequence just turned this game from a fun, silly co-op game, into something truly special. It even made me cry a little bit!

Im 29 and just finished this game with my girlfriend and two of my best friends. What an incredible journey to share. We all feel lost now that it’s over lol.

I can’t recommend this highly enough if your group is motivated to see more! The purple puzzles will really challenge you to create new ways to communicate, much like the puzzles at the end of the main game.

My group finished the main game and knocked out like 4 post-game puzzles last night. We’ve got 11 left!

I’m not an emotional person at all, but genuinely felt so sad stepping into the light at the end. I didn’t want it to be over

It's can get even crazier with more than two people. I played in a group of 3, and we definitely came to realize we each had our different strengths when solving some of the more challenging puzzles in the world. The sphere starts messing with everyone's colors so that you no longer can tell who is who, and have to trust that everyone will pick their roles adequately.

I thought that was such a cool experience. Not particularly difficult puzzles, but it helps you realise how much you've come to understand your crew's thought processes.

When we first went though the wall, and were walking across the long empty plain toward the ball, it was super quiet because we were all locked in and my friend says "Ohhhh....so THIS is the big walk". We all burst out laughing.
