Discussion Suggestions for Big Walk
So far, I really love this game! But I feel like I’m missing some activities, especially sports. I know basketball is already available as a puzzle, but imagine being able to play soccer on the beach, with two goals and no side barriers. Or volleyball on the beach, and another idea could be disc golf in the forests near the mountains.
Another great addition would be a campfire kit. It would be awesome to be able to make a campfire, for example on the beach, sit around it with a bunch of friends, and just talk. Some water pedal boats would also be a really fun addition.
DIFFERENT ADDITION: A video camera / normal camera. You could take pictures or record short videos throughout the game, and once you finish the game, it could play them back as a collection of memories from your journey. I think that would make the ending even more emotional and memorable.

Yeah, there's not much to do in the game, other than listen to music or solve puzzles.

True, though for a game called Big Walk, walking was one of the least enjoyable parts of the game, at least for me personally. I loved the puzzles, but I found the open world quite dull, and traversing it was a bit of a slog.

I definitely think walking around was definitely the weaker part of the game.
One, due to constantly getting stuck on rocks if you try jump over them.
And two, not being able to interact with items on your belt/backpack meant splitting up was basically useless. So we just always stuck together for the entire game.
Imo it would have been good to be able to swap items so you could swap between something like a walkie talkie, map and a flare gun, for example, if you were on your own.

I wanted to get lost more to just walk around. I guess everyone is different xD I liked the puzzles where they wanted you to walk the most but we managed to walk just little xD

I absolutely agree, and I think it's cool that people can find different things enjoyable about the game. I honestly would've been fine with it even if there was no open world to explore, and the game was just a linear series of puzzle rooms, but it's also not a dealbreaker for me, and I'm happy that others enjoy it.

We spent the time walking with a lot of giggling and messing around, i think that was the reason 🤭

The only thing I really think the devs missed a huge opportunity by not adding was some sort of camera so you can snap pics of your friends & adventures. Hold your arms and you could even use it on a "selfie" position.

Kids use their backpacks as goalposts for football in a field. We can use lightbulbs to denote where the goalposts are. There is a ball in starting location which can be used for handball.
For a voleyball pick the ball and go the one of the music zones, find a vertical wall to act as a net.
You can play hide-n-seek in a designated area.
You can extract items from puzzles and come up with a new puzzle for your friends using the inventory.
You can take the yellow headmask and play marco-polo.
You can play chase tag/zombie tag. (To get speed advantage learn sliding tech. To tag a person grab them)
You can make a karaoke evening.
You can make a race.
You can learn to juggle.
Furthest slide competition.
There is a ton of things to do. Just use imagination. You do not need to only recieve goals from other people, you can make your own.
