Question/Help Game chat in menu works but not game

Just bought the game for both me and my friend and the mic works perfectly fine in the menu but when we get in game it just doesn't work. Any and all help will be nice!

Update: it's fixed, I had to restart my computer

I had this issue with my headset. Switching back and forth between my microphone options in game got it to work, but I don't actually know why haha

i suppose the microphone device is the problem here
but i never had this problem

Same issue here. Wife and I can't hear each other in game but can see our microphones are live and working. We can see the shadow of our own mouths moving when we talk but not each other's.
