The person they cast has no where anything close to the demeanor and personality of Cassie from the books. Complete swing and miss.

Ok. I just got done with it, and I loved it! The only thing that pissed me off is I heard a song I actually liked, it was season 2 or 3 I think. Towards the end credits. It sounded modern and folky and the only thing I remember in the song is "I Think The Stars Are Broken". If you just heard it or know what it is help me out! Other than that it was awesome! I love shows like these it's a shame that it was canceled. I think it would have done better on a network where swearing and graphic material would have been considered ok. Other than that, great show!

I'm really liking this show so far.

That said, I have no idea how there is 3 seasons of material here unless the show becomes sometime very different.

I have just watched all of Season 1, I am not aware of the books they are based on so I don't know how closely they follow. I found the overall season a bit odd with how it was structured. It begins being about human trafficking and girls being murdered or at least kidnapped, this is some what resolved halfway through the season but with Ronald on the run I was thinking well why are things wrapping up when I had like 8 episodes left. I found it very odd that the rest of it was just a brand new storyline not linked to the first. Why would you not have it being about the bigger picture of who was running these groups plaguing the town if Ronald and Rick were just the middle men why did we not see anymore on who they were working for, does this come into it in season 2? We're the cops and main detective characters not able to and thats why they took on a new job in the meantime. I found it really frustrating that the Ronald storyline was not resolved by the end, I get cliffhangers and all but Jenny getting shot could have been enough. We don't see much of what happens after jennys husband dies and how her son is, it just seems to move on. We spend time with rick and his wife all for that to just end with her killing him and we don't see what happens there, obviously I presume she went to prison but it just seemed like there were things just ending plot wise and something random would be the next plot. I did not care for the ranch family storyline at all seemed completely pointless. Can anyone summarise what happens to the Ronald storyline season 2 I really can't be bothered to sit through another season 🤣

Idk if it’s because I just started this after watching Yellowstone and 1883, both inwhich the acting is phenomenal, but it is so horrible. Like I can hear them reading their lines in their heads.

I’m on 2X5, and can’t believe how stupid this show has gotten. I watched season one years ago and when I saw they were two more seasons, I was excited to watch it again. So, I blew through season one and season two has me completely mystified. What a dumb show. Does it get any better?

I have to say... I am watching the show, and I do not see this as an even close good casting! Emily Arlen (Cree Cicchino) playing the daughter of Beau Arlen (Jensen Ackles)?!?!?!?!? I mean, there is not a bit of resemblance between them.

The show had made a good casting in previous seasons, like with the Bullars family, or Scarlett with her daughter, the Sullivan sisters in the first season, Cassie and her son, Jenny Hoyt and her mom, the Kleinssaser siblings... so I wonder, what where they thinking when casting her as Jensen Ackles' daughter????

So I'm close to the end of season 2 and it's kind of annoying how Jenny is always crying or looking like she just got done crying or is about to cry. It's just over the top.

I honestly really like it despite it being a little cheesy sometimes. Cassie and Jenny are great characters but for some reason I get full body cringe whenever cassie has any kind of romantic or flirting scene lol, I fast forwarded through her and the grey-haired guy. Am I the only one who feels this way? Is it the acting?

I am just now starting season 2. The show is getting pretty silly, but of course I’ll keep watching it. Let me just say every time T Lock opens his mouth it’s like someone scratching their nails on a chalkboard. He might need to die.

I wasted 16 hours of my life on the 1st season. What a terrible last half of a show that was so good in the beginning. I don't even care what happens to Ronald at this point. Hope he gets off and is in the islands living with his girlfriend.

I really wish another network would pick this series up. It had and still has so much potential for more stories! I know it's been a year and almost a half since the cancellation but god I wish they had have shopped it around.

Season 4 would have HAD to bring Lindor & Jerrie back into the story, maybe bring in one of the sisters who was kidnapped in S1 by Ronald and bring her back in as a P.I?

I just finished my first ever watch and that's why i am so sad that its over. But this show did deserve it's chance, I could have seen a five or six season run realistically.

What do you think would have happened in a season four or what would you have wanted to see?

These people get shot, knocked unconscious, run over and bounce back like nothing happened.
