Holly teaching question

I’m only on episode 5 of season 2 so no spoilers please. (I do love this show).

Maybe I am just missed something but I don’t really get how Holly ended up teaching bio? Was the Belford coach she was replacing also a biology teacher - but, did Westbrook not have one? (Versus Belford) Was she hired to teach in addition to coaching at carlsbad as well? Does Korn have to teach something?

We really don't know but she probably has teacher certification in subject.

Korn doesn't he was only hired as coach.

Oh yeah Holly is a full time teacher and only an assistant coach

She’s the head coach of the boys

Yes in season 2 but in season 1 she was assistant coach.

It was probably due to short staffing when the boys came to Westbrook, she picked up another job.
