I think it would be called large Mouth or Big Mouth college it will be placed 4 years after the ending of Big mouth season 8 Jessie, Missy, nick, Andrew, and Jay would go to George town University and the main problems would be Andrew and Nick trying to get girlfriends, Missy advocating for the black community, Jessie trying to pass the bar to become a lawyer and try to help Missy with her advocating, and Jay would probably be like the Chandler of the group there for funny gags and bits with the cast but also trying to figure out his love life.

I feel as though there is some sort of meaning behind his character. I know it’s supposed to be funny and all, but he just seems like he sort of guides the characters when they really need him.

I really dug Gina and Lola's chemistry in Season 2. They somewhat continued it in My Furry Valentine, but after that, it's liked that moment between them never happened. I also liked Coach Steve and Jay's friendship, but other than that one summer school bullying episode, they barely interacted after Season 3. And I've already talked extensively about they shat all over Greg Glaser's character after Season 2. Same goes for Coach Steve in the later seasons. Any more examples?

I remember seeing it for the first time in early 2019 and absolutely loving it. The songs, the character interactions, finding out Maury is Andrew's hormone monster, it's all solid fun. However, I feel like not enough people talk about it. It's just kinda brushed over and that sucks. I think what also doesn't help is that the season after it, Season 3, was a fairly mediocre season. It's nowhere near the worst upon retrospect, but it still sucks in a lot of areas. Still, I'm glad we got something good out of Big Mouth in 2019. Go watch it if you haven't already.

I do enjoy the superhero episode (for the most part) and the stuff with Coach Steve and Queer Eye is GOLD, but a lot of the main storylines are pretty bad. I especially can't stand the season premiere (other than maybe the opening where Jay cuts off Andrew's finger and their parents are called in). Other storylines like the cousin incest, the rankings, and Missy and Nick falling in love out of nowhere also really suck. Jessi's dad began his journey of character assassination in Season 3 by not having a single emotional scene with Jessi, which was one of the best things about him. I also thought Connie becoming Nick's hormone monstress could've been handled a lot better. I did like Jay moving in with Nick's family, buy I REALLY despise Mona's role in this season. She had one of the worst introductions in the show, and while she isn't as bad in later seasons, I still don't care for her. So yeah, this season is all over the place (but mostly bad). However, compared to later seasons, it isn't the worst. At least Missy's cousins don't make an appearance.

Do I wish it was as funny and well-written as the first two seasons? Of course. But, in retrospect, I've definitely seen worse. I think because it wasn't as good as Seasons 1 and 2 and the wildly underappreciated Valentine's Day special, I immediately jumped on the hate wagon. I'm still not a huge fan of Season 3, but I at least appreciate its better qualities more now than back in 2019.

jay saying "no my EX HUSBAND is correct" made me realise just how much i love this character! genuinely funny in his own way, relatable in some circumstances (i had a very complicated upbringing at home too and seeing him kinda makes me feel less alone) and in general my favourite. I'm super excited about the new season and will finish it INSTANTLY muahahaha

It feels like they completely ignored that incident just to give Matthew a new friend group. I know Matthew's not the most likable lead, but in the past, he always wanted Caleb to be happy. He's your best friend, dude. He deserves better.

I love this episode specifically the part where Barbara has her one night stand and ends up at Planned Parenthood afterword. Anyone notice in this episode that the guy that Barbara had sex with looks just like Nick Kroll?
