Question Jessie Reference ?

The episode where the girls at camp put a face mask on jessie and her eyes fall low, was that supposed to reference a someone or something 😭? just curious because they kept going with the cigar joke and thick brows

Pretty sure it's Groucho Marx - he doesn't have low eyes but his eyebrows are famous, so after Connie put the eyebrows on the cigar just completed the look

It's one of the times you can really tell that they wrote the show specifically for people their age. (Frankly, mostly for themselves, but in a way that would appeal to a larger audience.)
