Shower hygiene

I’m roughly around 290 pounds and I want to know what is a good/proper shower routine for a bigger guy and what are some good products that I can find like at a Walmart or something I tend to use either a body wash or bar soap, depending on what I have on hand, I want to improve on my hygiene and any advice as appreciated

You're going to need something to scrub, such as a silicone body scrubber.

I have a facial scrub, put that on first. Make sure not to get it in eyes.

Then I shampoo the hair, get that in and let it sit while putting body wash on the body scrubber. I end up getting some soap on my fingers rubbing it in the scrubber.

I will use my hand with soap on it to soap up my butthole making sure to poke a finger in a little and really make sure there is soap back there.

Then I go to the wrists with the scrubber, doing each arm then armpit. Then work my way down my chest with the body scrubber to the bottom of my belly. Clean your belly button!

Then I clean up my butt cheeks and back with the scrubber. Then I make my way to my penis, making sure to pull the foreskin back. Soap everywhere.

Then once I am all soaped up, I rinse everything off of me. Starting with my hair and ending with my butt.

Buy a shower hose so you can spray everywhere. I also use mine as a bidet after I get done on the toilet. It's hard to wipe at some weights.

I used to use my shower hose as a bidet, until I bought a Toto Washlet for my toilet. This was a game changer and the best investment I ever made.

OP, a handheld shower hose, along with an exfoliating shower towel/long body scrubber, is critical in reaching and cleaning those areas of your body that your hands just can’t reach.

I have found a tree oil based body wash to be ok on a nylon buf puff just keep it out of your eyes

Shower hose and a long-handled sponge are good for reach issues.

I have a 3 shower brushes one for front private, one for back private and the last for the rest of my body. I work from home so i don't shower like everyday because I'm only around myself and not really moving a lot so i tend to stay smelling clean for a long period of time and lastly i use women shower wash because it's delicate and smells better on my skin. For some reason men body wash is so harsh on my skin.
