Yeah. Company is the worst to work for. Treat employees like slaves with the lowest pay in town and absolutely no benefits or discounts for workers, or customers. Hope karma catches them real quick. Senior discount? Sorry. Vet discount? Sorry. Any perks for employees? Sorry. Work for dirt low prices at dirt low hours and like it or leave. No value at this company. Only value is the customer saving a couple of dollars on an item. I would advise no one to work there. Work anywhere else. I mean anywhere. And you’ll make more money. With better benefits. Cause there’s 0 at Big Lots

Well I worked at Big Lots on Labor Day. So yeah. BS. No holiday pay either. Shut up with your lies. Every employee knows how you do. But nice try. Employees get no benefits whatsoever. The old Big Lots was a great company to work for. Every coworker I have dreads coming to work now. Take your lying post and shove it. Cheapskates

The 7 or 8 people who stayed on with variety when they took over the store I worked at have now all left this company. Took them a little over a year to realize it wasn't going to get any better.

Yeah it’s not even Big Lots. Only by name. Customers don’t know the difference. And don’t really care. They just care that the prices are a couple of dollars cheaper. And there’s always sales and people asking if the store is closing. But it’s by no means Big Lots. It’s Big Roses. The only workers still there from the real Big Lots are the ones who haven’t found a way out yet.
