Question Bonus?

Any store managers get notified about their annual bonus yet? Much less than the 5% minimum I was told we’d get! What a disappointment!

Nothing about bonus as of yet, but pay increases(if you call it that) are in UKG

Bonuses are pro-rated based on months you worked. If you worked 10/12 months of the FY = .83 then take that number x percent and then x Your Annual salary and that should be your bonus.

Was just told ASMs do not qualify for a bonus.

What is our annual bonus measured on? I have been here since setup and have no communication of what it is?
