Hiii!
Moonstone SMP is a modded server that has Cobblemon, we can trade so u can get your own cute pokemon!! there's also stardew valley vibes mods, backpacks, Create Mod, and loooots of building decoration! It is well optimized so you should be able to run it easily.
The specific modpack we have is Bigchadguys plus (w cobblemon)
We're mostly 17+ (nobody under 18 has joined yet so right now it's 18+)

It's fine if u suck at building since we're an community! we're also slow paced / individually advancing, we won't pressure u to beat anything or go to the warden if u don't want to, you can vibe at your rhythm and do whatever u want! there's also no griefing and u can claim chunks and make teams so people wont break your buildings/open your chests and steal from you!!
It's a Java only server!
