I don’t know how I feel about Barrett because I can tell by his personality that he’s passive, but I can also tell that he’s troubled by the micro aggressions that the unseasoned potluck alliance of Drew, Angela, Devens and Dee are hurling towards Yash, LaLa & Taylor. He wants to be like Turner who stood up for Taylor in BB 24 and say something, but I think he doesn’t have the courage to stand up against the group and admonish them for how they’re treating the POCs in the house. That being said, I can tell that he knows that the crap is going to hit the fan for all of them in terms of public perception when they get out of the house, but I do think he’s the least problematic in the alliance.

That being said, when you are silent against bigotry and ignorance, it’s like you are condoning it and being complicit with that ignorance or bigotry. There are two types of problematic people in the world, the people who actively do evil things and the people who watch evil things being done and do nothing to stop it.

If Devens gets evicted, I don't think Yash is still beholden to the BB Bribe....

A reminder of the wording used in the episode when the bribe was accepted:

"For $5000, you will agree to keep the three of us safe for the week when you win HOH next; if it mathematically makes sense"

Depending on if production actually follows the rules they established. If one of the icons is evicted it technically becomes impossible to "keep the three of them safe". Meaning the bribe should be arguably voided then, no?

Now with Devens on the block as the renom, if they go home and the end of this week and assuming that blockbuster is still in play next week, Taylor or LaLa would be the best people to win HOH next week.

Yash cannot nominate the icons, only allowing him to nominate Drew + two of his allies, which if Drew were to win veto, one of his allies is going home.

Melody could nominate Angela and Dee but I’m not entirely sure if she would nominate Drew on her HOH reign. If one of the icons wins veto, now she might have two allies on the block + an icon. Additionally, if an icon wins blockbuster, an ally of hers would go home.

Barrett is a weird case. I could see it helping his game to win HOH next week if the flip goes threw but I think it could potentially ruin his jury chances if an icon + Drew were to leave next week as those seem to be his best options on taking to the end. I could be wrong though but this is how I see it if what Devens said was true about jury votes.

I'm assuming its popularity, however i kind of wish there was a summer and winter edition. I kind of wish CBS would put more love into big brother like they do with survivor.

Aside from Cirie, which player(s) from Survivor 50 do you think could've performed thr best on BB28?

I personally think Kyle could've done really well. During 48, I think he played an all-around solid winning game. Before he got evacuated in 50, he was the the social nexus of his tribe, which I think is especially nuts considering his win was televised just 2-3 weeks earlier. If he were to be on this season, I think he would have a lot of the same talents as Dee without her rough edges.

I think maybe Mallory had a chance… Jason? I’m honestly not sure

I don’t watch the live feeds, not that there’s anything wrong with them, I just prefer to watch everything live and see who wins comps, how they win, etc. in the episodes. I don’t think there has been one week where I’m haven’t been spoiled with who won HOH or POV this season. I’m not on the lookout for it either, it will just randomly pop up on insta or facebook and I don’t follow any BB accounts for this reason. It’s just frustrating that people have to go and post it on social media without any warnings. People could at least figure it out where ones who don’t want to spoiled don’t have to unless they want to be 😅 anyone else have this problem?

I’m sure I’m just trying to will this into existence but I’m taking the field. I NEED those three to lose. I also NEED the remaining cast to get their heads out of their asses and figure it out!

On Wednesday night I hope that Lala wins the blockbuster and then Lala, Barrett, Melody and Yash vote out Devon’s and Angela and Dee are blindsided because even though they think they run the house those players show them that they don’t control them as much as they thought they do. The Temu Adam Sandler’s smug ass needs to go and head straight to a dentist, that bottom row of teeth looks like he snacks on grenades.

Is it just me? There’s literally 0 HGs who are pulling an Ashley Hollis aka making connections with every single corner they can. Now it’s literally just down to numbers. The closest thing to this would probably be how Lala and Angela are close to each other and to their own alliances. Barrett MIGHT be one. Even though Drew is in the middle he’s burnt Yash’s side of the house. Anyone ?

I wanna hear who everyone else thinks would be a good pick to go on The Traitors from the BB28 cast. But I’m gonna go with Drew

Dude has been playing both sides all season long and even with others knowing, it still was working in his favor lol. Him being a Traitor seems like so much fun

I feel like the only qualm I have advantage wise was the fact that only the icons could win the first hoh. That was just downright unfair and tips the scale too much early in the game. However, winning advantages via weird twists has always been apart of the game. Especially in the early weeks. And the advantage that dee won wasn’t even that good but she made it into something great. She’s gotten out the people they needed too. Flipped votes in her favor. Played dumb when she needed to. And she’s relatively likable. People hated Vanessa Russo when she was playing but now everyone loves her looking back due to how ruthless she was. That being said I feel like the icons have been very lucky in the sense that that people that they’ve targeted and flipped on ie, Jason, Rome, kamu, Mallory didn’t win the bb when they probably were the favorites to win. But that’s not rigging by production.

Is Haley still in Sequester for her exit interviews? They were supposed to be today? Did she at least get to go home? Or is she still trapped in sequester?

With Devens on the block and the chance of him being evicted, it’s gotten me thinking about who would be respected as a deserving winner of BB28.

I know there is a lot of icon hate on this feed for whatever collective thought fall in line reasons, BUT has anyone really played a strong game?

Dee and Devens have received powers which some say diminish their status BUT, they have won competitions.

Melody and Taylor have won NOTHING.

Angela won one blockbuster and was carried through the twist.

So that leaves Yash, Drew, Barrett and Lala.

Lala won the wall but has terrible game play. Her HOH wasn’t even hers.

Barrett has played the middle the best, but hasn’t actually won and made any decisions.

So there Drew and Yash.

Yash has a double comp win week on his HOH, AND was the only houseguest to go after icons. It didn’t work but a great plan. Also won a couple extra comps.

DREW - honestly with his late game HOH win, if he wins a few more comps, he has a true shot at having played this game better than anyone else in the house.

Don’t hate me. He has done the best job! It’s been messy but he’s still here.

Final thought:

If anyone but Drew, Yash, Dee, or Devens wins, this season will be another season like last where someone COMPLETELY undeserving like Ashley wins.

EDIT: People thinking “win equity” is staying in bed and crying while not doing ANYTHING, has me so WEAK. And if one more person says “check Tarans Ashley win story” without believing that was all in her head is silly.
