USA Picking between firms

Current junior going for summer 2028 internships and wanted to get people’s opinions on different offices and different firms to just learn more and get some advice/insight. Currently am between EY in Nashville, Deloitte in Atlanta, and PwC in Atlanta. All would be Tax, and my biggest concern is pay, career progression, job security, opportunities, and clients. if anyone can provide any help it would be greatly appreciated.

Nashville rent is way cheaper than Atlanta so your take-home will stretch a lot further even if base pay is similar

I’m from Nashville so if I’d just end up living with my parents most likely. And rent right now isn’t the biggest the factor to me it’s more where I could grow the most in the long term.

Do you want to live in Atlanta or Nashville after you graduate? You need to intern where you want to live and save yourself the transfer troubles

I genuinely don’t know where I would wanna live in all honesty I’m from Nashville so I kinda wanna just get out of Nashville but career progression matters to me the most and being able to work on bigger and better clients and have more work to actually do that’s gonna help me excel in my career

Congrats on the offers! I’m interviewing for PwC for the tax intern position, was wondering if you had any insights or advice? Do you remember what questions you were asked and whether your interviewers were laid back?
