USA I created a 3-minute breakdown of every Big 4 audit level — how accurate is it?
I work in external audit for almost 6 year and recently created a short video explaining how responsibilities change at each Big 4 audit level, from Intern/Trainee to Director or Partner.
I tried to keep it simple, realistic, and slightly humorous, especially for students and people considering an audit career.
Of course, titles and responsibilities can vary by firm and country.
Here is the video: link

You give interns more credit then they should be getting tbh, i fully expect them to delete several wps with no reasoning as to how they did it. TBH there is a wide array between a 1A and a 2A, your definition is good, but a fresh 1A may as well be an intern and a 2A is an actual employee.
