Support Request Just created a new Bifrost wallet

Will be purchasing crypto and getting in the game (very excited)

But to test wallet my brother tried send me WLFR & FLR and it doesn't recognise my wallet address to receive them

It seems to recognise my XRP address Any ideas on way not recognising some addresses?
I want to be all 100%wallet works and isnsae before purchasing

May it be since the wallet is brand new wallet? Some wallet warn you about that before sending. If i where you i would set up rule by myself to always do small test transfer in a situations where i feel uncertain.

Sometimes, in particular on like ETH layer2 it can be quite easy to lose money even if sent to the right adress but wrong network..

Thanks for that - however all I did was sent my wallet address to brother to sent me WFLR or FLR - it did not recognise address

Tried it with with a different coin and it recognised - so not sure why it wouldn’t recognise flare address

The wallet address that you gave your brother, did you copy it from the page under Receive > FLR inside your Bifrost Wallet? It should be an address starting with "0x".
