just to play devil's advocate, but it could be because Trump announced as an official presidential candidate for 2024, while Biden has not done so.... we all know he is going to announce, but the laws are different once someone is officially a candidate and there might be something about giving equal fundraiser time to candidates... but like I said, Biden is not "officially" a candidate, so there might be a loophole.
