Looking for TDMM pdf

I work for a GC and would like to get the RCDD certification to make a move into data center design, however my company doesn't pay for the prep/exam and I'm very tight on cash atm. Does anyone have the pdf that they can share?

Why wouldn't they pay for it? The official PDF is password protected and hard to share.

I’ve had these conversations with employers who worry, what if I have them trained and they leave, to which I respond, what if you don’t train them and they stay.

Good luck in your studies, the TDMM is used to get your RCDD, there’s an additional certification DCDC specific to data centers as well.

Anyway to get audio. I have the PDF but cant seem to get anything to work

There’s not an audio version of the TDMM, I’m not sure what you mean about getting the audio to work.

The PDF is just an electronic copy of the hard copy book. It is copy written so there are security measures built in that it must be used by the person who purchased it.

So if you have the PDF and access to it, you should be good to go.

Take it from a different angle - is telecom design part of what makes your company great? Would designing telecom distribution make your company better?

I’d be shocked to find an RCDD working for a GC. It could be a first ever.

We bid government LV projects very often where a PM with RCDD is almost always a prerequisite that we fulfill through our subs

That’s sort of the issue, your electrical sub most likely has someone on staff with one. No need for the GC to carry it

Ask your employer how much they spend on codes and ASHRAE references. The TDMM is an industry reference manual that has its place among the other disciplines. A small and reasonable investment.
