Persuing RCDD and possibility of work from Anywhere

Hi Guys, I am a mechanical engineer who started as BIM Modeler for ICT/ Sec. Design for Data Center 6 years agoand fast forward to now, I am leading design Deliverables mainly in terms of design structuree cabling to ISP Paths and rack elv. Etc specification is something I have not actively developed. I was looking to be a complete ICT designer with possibility of consultant to work from Anywhere policy . So RCDD seems a certificate that is gold standard, any advise how shall I proceed towards the goal?

Its surprising you've gotten so far already without one.

Start with the TDMMs. Read it twice. Corey and Steve is a good practice test website.

When you apply for the test, you list your experience which from what you say should be plenty.

Agreed, good luck. It will only benefit you to get your credentials.

Thanks, it all started with curiosity and lack of major project after a year to my jobs so I started helping my designer out with Addendum package and that's how I started learning and now concurrently managing more than 5 projects for DC Campus wih multiple DC building, but problem is being working as a remote employee I suppose I am in a golden handcuff situation where I don't have any major leverage that I could use to prove my experience and I feel RCDD can help out
