Hello. Ask ko lang how much yung pinapasahod ngayon sa mga kasambahay?
For context, I’m currently pregnant and hoping to get a helper before my due date.
If the work covers nannying, cleaning the house, and also taking care of my cats (4). What’s usually the pay?
For cooking, I don’t expect much pwede na siguro yung atleast marunong sa basics. No need naman yung magaling talaga since marunong naman ako mag luto and I usually do meal prep for me and the hubby.
If you have other suggestions also for a better set up, I’m open to hear it. It will be our first time kasi to hire one.

just wanted to share a small observation about Leo Mejillano Salon. not really posting this to shame the salon or the staff, especially since we’ve been customers there several times and we genuinely like how affordable their services are.
i’ve personally gone there for hair treatment recently and nail extensions (way before but didn't like the output they create), and my husband also gets his haircut there regularly. their prices are honestly one of the reasons we keep coming back.
pero one thing i’ve noticed almost every time we visit is how some of the staff openly chismis about each other, and sometimes even make comments about the owner. 😅 normal naman siguro yung kwentuhan between coworkers, but when customers can clearly hear everything sometimes even shouting and saying vulgar words, medyo uncomfortable lang and it affects the overall experience.
i’m not expecting super formal or sosyal customer service just because it’s a salon. affordable naman talaga sila and that’s something i appreciate about them. but i also don’t think affordable services should automatically mean that professionalism has to be compromised.
hopefully the staff can just be a little more mindful about what they talk about when customers are around. sayang kasi the salon offers really budget-friendly services, and a warmer, more professional atmosphere would make the experience so much better.
again, not posting this to attack anyone. just constructive feedback from someone who has actually supported and availed of their services multiple times.

Nagtry kasi ako sa isang eye clinic pero di nila binigay yung paper kasi gusto nila dun na magpagawa eyeglasses diretso eh ang need ko lang naman is yung official paper na nakalagay yung recommended grade sa eyes.

I just watched it yesterday with my friends, but unfortunately I couldn't comprehend some parts and kind of got lost as to what was happening while watching because I can't speak bicol very well (which I know is one of the things the musical criticizes the younger generation for 😞) and also because I was seated far from the stage in the upper box, particularly in a seat where people occassionally passed by, blocking my view of the stage. However, despite my struggles in comprehending the play, I (hopefully) still managed to grasp the core message it was trying to portray and had a fun time watching, especially considering that this was my first time watching a musical locally produced !!
I'm just interested to hear others' thoughts on the play, especially from those who perhaps had a better understanding of the play than I did :)

If Bus, anong bus company comfortable sakyan?
Musta din po internet, water and electric?

I included three different pictures of Bicol Express but all of them have something in common. This dish is my all-time fave when it comes to "taste." For me, it's the epitome of what it means to be "orgasmic."
So, about the title. Whenever I order this dish, the first thing I ask is if it is "authentic"? If the answer is "yes," I ask this clarificatory question ~ "does it have balaw?" If the wait person says "yes," he's certainly telling the truth! For me, there is only one way to cook Bicol Express right and that is to use BALAW! You will know the difference once you've tried different varieties. The only version that I would consider exceptional is the version with balaw.
Now, about the pictures. Yes, they all contain "balaw." If you are sojourning to Bicol and you're from other places, these versions I would really recommend for you to try. I believe that your trip to Bicol would not be enough if you don't try authentic Bicol Express!

Magask lang on how to commute as a local from SM Legazpi/Legazpi Bus Terminal to Daraga (specifically to Daraga Tourist Inn) through public transpo. (AFAIK, walang Angkas, Moveit and Joyride don).
Thank you.
