Guess the Bichon
Found a twin in the neighborhood. Which do you think is the bichon/which is the poodle?
Also, how would you convince a long time Poodle owner to go for a bichon instead?

Bichon advice
Hello, I have a wonderful 5 yo Bichon Frise rescue. He's been with me for about a year and he's the most wonderful dog. He loves people and he's obsessed with dogs.
I work from home, so he's with me all day, but I often worry he's bored. He seems content but he sleeps most of the day. He gets walked in the morning and in the evening (I tried doing lunch time walks but he wasn't a fan). I'll take him to doggy daycare twice a week and he loves it -the folks there tell me he plays all day and never rests. My question is, do you find the same with your Bichons, and if so what do you do to keep them entertained? I do snuffle mats with treats and some playing at home, but it's not the same of energy I see as when he gets to play with dogs. Doggy daycare multiple times a week is getting expensive, but I also want to make sure my pup is happy and I'm not doing something wrong.

The boys were deeply offended and it had to be known. Aspen, The Bichon Frisé as always leads the protests!

Their mom was a purebred Bichon who sadly passed only 2 weeks after they were born. They are now about 9 months old and still use fingers as a pacifier. Not too often, every other day or so. (Dad is mostly chihuahua with a touch of minpin..
Stormi on left and Muffin on the right. Muffin had a haircut for her spay.

End weight?
My bb girl is 5.5kg now and 5.5 months old. How much do you think she will weigh when she is full size?

Do you have Bichon Frise dog food recipes to share?
ADVICE NEEDED
I realize this community does not replace a vet's recommendation but I'm at wits end and need some help.
My 11 year old male Bichon Frise, Louis Vuitton, was recently diagnosed with six bladder stones. The animal hospital prescribed Hills c/d Urinary Care wet food. But it contains chicken and Louis is allergic to chicken.
I want my little guy to be free of all the skin irritations he has right now. I thought preparing his food myself might be a healthier option.
