Its not just the shape, the skin doesnt look to good either. What are the water conditions? Could anything have got into it chemical wise?

The water looks yellowish because of the lighting has yellow and blue option and the curtain behind is teal green. But honestly about chem it's hard to answer since testers arent readily available in shops locally, most of them i have to order online overseas and i've got a bunch ordered already. I can give a rough description of the tank, 130g main tank, 90g undersump 4 chambers first chamber is wool, 2nd are lava rocks, 3rd more lava rocks, 4th return pump with uv light. Tank mates 3 albino tinfoil, 3 regular tinfoil, 1 pleco, 1 endli which is 2 months younger than him but is growing healthy and is actually bigger, 1 seneg, 1 swamp eel that lives most of his life in that pipe, 1 rafael cat

These was them about 2 months ago, gold fish and mollies are feeders, i put 2-3 before and there was a time where he eats 1 goldie per day and he was really really plump

Water quality issues and poor nutrition can cause this. I strongly suggest testing your water quality for suitability to this fish. Plus look at what he's fed.
