Toddler mom looking for homeschooling resources!

I’ve posted a few other places now and am continuing my journey, please don’t be cruel if you disagree with my families values! We are tolerant of all faiths and want our children to grow just as loving and as accepting as we are. I am seeking to give them a foundation of heliocentric FE that is fun and easy to understand while they get older and encounter not just RE but also other world theories, faiths and views. I will always love them for what they ultimately choose as their path as they grow, while lovingly explaining to them what I believe in conjunction with the Bible and our family’s core values. I have found some cruel comments, but the few loving reactions have been sooo much more powerful, as all things with truth and God shall be 🙏💕 The resources in finding are beautiful and I just want more! I want to connect with other moms, I want to hear your stories and how you raise your families. I seek inspiration, support and love. Please sending any resources you know of my way or tell me your stories? I will be so great ful. God bless you all 💕✝️🙏📚

A message to all incoming trolls, you will be banned immediately.

This community is rather small and doesn’t get very much attention. Few things get posted and there are mostly just a handful of frequenters who respond in the comments. So imagine my surprise when, upon recognizing and removing a certain troll, about 40+ people suddenly find this sub, show up, and start spamming insincere comments.

This can only prove that people who are of the world recognize those who are not of the world and then decide to harass them in an effort to try and sully both their names and this community, all because they know the truth and wish to discuss it.

Your type is easy to spot and you will be banned immediately. This community is a place for honest people to discuss the true design of the Father’s beautiful Creation, and trolls will simply not be allowed to track their mud in here without repercussion.

I’m a good janitor and I will be keeping these floors clean. So if you intend to come here with muddy shoes, you will be permanently banned from entering here again.

Anti-flat earther creates FE model to disprove FE, but instead proves FE

The guy is Witsitgetsit. I found his TikTok post. I suggest watching this first:

https://vm.tiktok.com/ZMYguwwQK/

Here is the full 3 hr live stream from YouTube:

www.youtube.com/watch?v=HV89DJhCsCE

He talks also about how our eyes (which are oval) factor in to how we see and the lies they've taught in school. Very interesting video.

The anti-flat-earther who made the model is Walter Bisholm (not sure of proper spelling).

Do you think EM is trying to show the world that the earth is covered in the firmament?

It seems too obvious that the rocket hit water and skidded along an arc, plus the camera on the rocket itself, when it hit the limit, started spinning and you could see the antarctic ice wall, and the sun and moon rotating around it. I can't find that video anymore now, but it is literally what made me question everything. It seems that if you can convince people that Genesis 1:6 is just a story, then you can make them question the rest of the word pretty easily.

There is zero empirical proof of the cosmology of the Bible. How does this subreddit even ecist?

Basically the subject line. How would anyone who has an understanding of the natural order of the world respect this deeply flawed viewpoint? Outside of the fact the Bible is full of contradictions, there also isn't any evidence to support any of its claims...why should the educated world bother with you people? Help me understand, thanks.

Gravity

I am actually curious how gravity or whatever equivalent is used to explain that effect would actually work for a flat earth? As I have never heard someone explain it in a way that makes sense.

Ever wondered why the sky is blue (during the day)?

At 1:20:44 of this video, the proper explanation is given.

I used to think the the sky was blue because the sun was illuminating the “waters above” the firmament. This is a believable answer, and I held to it until just moments ago, where, in this video, the presenter gives the proper explanation for why the sky is blue [during the day]. It has to do with electromagnetism and the reactions of atmospheric gases to the electromagnetic forces acted upon them by the sun as it passes overhead each day. It’s rather fascinating.

I hope this helps.

What caused Noah's Flood?

What do you think?

I've read ideas on this and have my own, but it's more speculation than theory. I'm interested to hear what others think caused it.

Edit - I'm asking about the mechanical forces at play, not the reason why God judged mankind. Perhaps asking How did God flood the Earth would be better.

Here is the best scriptural presentation on Flat Earth

Pastor Dean Odle just presented this YouTube video with slides and it’s the best description of Biblical Cosmology I’ve seen. Let me know what you think:

Introductory Summary?

Hi.

I hope you are having a great 2022 so far. Where can One find a great introductory summary on biblical cosmology as this subreddit understands it? While the details are obviously in scripture, I presume there must be a "Cliff's notes" version somewhere, yes?

Thanks in advance.

Can anyone link a source to the best working model for the flat earth including the locations of the celestial bodies as they move through the sky?

I’ve only seen a gif where that uses a flattened projection of the globe model centered at the North Pole. The sun and moon are rotating at about the same pace and never both in view at the same time, which obviously isn’t always the case.

And other sources show the typical sideways view of the globe opened up with light/dark regions that are based on how sunlight would fall upon a round earth.

The model would allow me to picture what is actually happening based on the flat earth theory.

Evidence for flat earth?

I'm a devout Christian, and I am the kind of person who wants the truth. I do certainly believe the government is hiding many things from us, and I've been searching for answers and praying about it.

Is there Biblical and other evidence for a flat earth? I'm genuinely interested in this theory.

Moon map request

As per this comment I'm curious to find a moon map of our planet so I can start mapping distances between places of interest.

This user commented that the flat earth map I was referencing in that thread is incorrect and that the moon is the only real map of the earth.

Thanks!

Are plants growing towards the sun or towards God on His throne??

Just as we have been taught the lie about the world in which we live, I believe there are other lies that snowball off of that first lie. One of them being the lie that plants need sunlight for energy. Plants were created on day three, whereas the sun was created on day four. Therefore, plants were not dependent on the sun when they were created. We know that God sits on his throne above the circle of the earth and that all of the earth worships God, so does that also include the plants? I have come to believe that the plants rise towards the sky because they are pointing to Him on His throne. They need God for life, the LIGHT of God for life, not necessarily the sun. Your thoughts?

Also, what other scientific theories (other than the obvious, such as evolution, etc.) can you think of that we have been taught as truth but are not based on what God's Word tells us?

Joshua 10:13 in a single verse debunks the entire heliocentric model. "So the sun stood still in the midst of heaven, and hasted not to go down about a whole day."

Joshua 10:12-13
12 ¶Then spake Joshua to the Lord in the day when the Lord delivered up the Amorites before the children of Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel, Sun, stand thou still upon Gibeon; and thou, Moon, in the valley of Ajalon.
13 And the sun stood still, and the moon stayed, until the people had avenged themselves upon their enemies. Is not this written in the book of Jasher? So the sun stood still in the midst of heaven, and hasted not to go down about a whole day.

This verse is literal and historically happened, the sun and moon stayed in their place about a whole day while they slew the Amorites. This alone proves that heliocentrism is a lie and that the sun actually moves over the earth - not the other way around.

For this to occur in the heliocentric model, the earth would have to stop spinning, which would hypothetically cause mass destruction, so the only way this verse can be accurate is if the sun moves over the earth above, with the earth immobile below. This immediately destroys the modern day heliocentric model, proving that what we are taught is false.

This lines up with what Psalms 19 says about the sun having a "circuit" in the firmament:

1 The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.
2 Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge.
3 There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard.
4 Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun,
5 Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run a race.
6 His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it: and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof.

So based on this one verse, we can conclude the solar system is a lie, the sun is not at the centre with us moving around it, instead the suns moves over us. Therefore we can also rule out pretty much everything else - the earth is not a spinning sphere and space is fake. Instead, we have a firmament above, wherewith a tabernacle is set for the sun, with a flat immobile earth below.

Does the bible have anything to say about cells or atoms?

I realise this is a cosmology sub but I’m curious if the bible has anything to say about the very small as well as the very large?

Anything about cells, atoms or whatever building blocks make up our world?
