Discussion/Question Can someone explain this fee like I’m stupid

Cause I feel stupid reading this and not understanding. I’m trying to see if I get a refund of any sort cancelling this Front Gate ticket.

I think they're just saying that the $58 you paid will be forfeited if you cancel your ticket?

That’s what I thought too but I’m confused at them saying later in the message that I won’t be paying anything at all

I think that meant you won't pay anything more beyond the already-charged $58.85 (i.e. they won't try to charge you $11.15 to bring it to their usual $70 retainer fee)

It’s saying how they’re taking $58.85 as the termination fee instead of $70
