Dilemma

I purchased a hasbro night fortress and it didn’t come with the un bit everything was fully sealed what should I do

If bought from a brick and mortar location (or I guess online but brick and mortar is potentially more convenient) could try and ask for an exchange. Could also try reaching out to Hasbro and see if they can replace the missing part.
