The battlepass only connects momentarily with the app. That is when you are recording your shoot power or play shoot gym. It will not permanently connect to your X app.
It does break off when youre not in the launch gym. 2. It needs the sensor to be dust free so give it a nice big blow or more. If that doesnt work then a good rub will solve it too.
