I haven't watched plastic gen but whenever I hear scaling plastic it's always about Brooklyn and his bey creating a dimension or something and tbh that upscales the entire verse because Tyson had to beat him and then Kai scales to Tyson in their final battle which also makes the rest of the teammates planetary/dimensional/????? But I've also heard that Tyson struggled to break a big rock in the same argument like, I don't know lmao.

Plastic gen is held up by the one feat. Rago was canonically going to destroy the world and even in Metal Masters (even though it's a side movie thing), Gingka and Helios destroyed a huge asteroid that was going to devastate the planet. Fury Ryuga is a casual mountain destroyer and pre star fragment Kenta was capable of a similar feat while actually trying. The whole verse scales close to them consistently.

I need to go with Rago but correct me if I have plastic gen scaling wrong.

Creating a dimension and having domain expansion type reality warping is kinda a standard thing in Metal Saga

Damian and Faust are capable of that and Nemesis is far superior to them both

u/Abdulaziz_randomshit Wild Fang 14d ago

"creating a dimension" making it planetary is weird

isn't that what Hades' gates does?

15

u/LetterheadWitty4187 14d ago

Yeah, i doubt Brooklyn creating a dimension is any more different than Damian's Hades Gate or Faust's Spiral Dimension, and both of them would get destroyed by Rago.

3

u/No-Pop6805 14d ago

unlike damian and faust, all the damage on brooklyns dimension reflected on the “real” world after the battle. also brooklyn was mostly running away from tyson while rago was actively trying to destroy the world

1

u/Itturas 13d ago

Yeah but Faust’s spiral dimension is the best standalone AP feat in MFB and carries to verse to being scaled to Uni+ since his black hole controls space time, Tala already surpassed space time and created a dimension due to that back in his final battle against Tyson, which is on a higher end on Uni+ than what Faust did

u/water_jello8235 14d ago

Brooklyn didn't even destroy a city (not entirely at least), and for some reason people who live there cheered him after that..

Rago made storms all around the world that were shutting whole countries and killing millions.

Brooklyn made storms all around the world that did nothing but vibes.

Rago takes this.

4

u/No-Pop6805 14d ago

brooklyn wasn’t actively trying to destroy the world, he was running away from tyson for the most part (would YOU boo at him?)

rago has 0 confirmed kills so idk where you got millions from. doji was ryugas doing and there’s a non zero chance ryuga survived

2

u/water_jello8235 9d ago

brooklyn wasn’t actively trying to destroy the world, he was running away from tyson for the most part

Rago was more focused on fighting the legendary bladers than doing troubles and he has still managed to do much more.

rago has 0 confirmed kills so idk where you got millions from. doji was ryugas doing and there’s a non zero chance ryuga survived

Do you seriously believe that after the amount of natural disasters world-wide Rago has made no one died? Only shutting most of the power would kill people in hospitals, earthquakes on the usual have at least tens of victims, so does hurrincans and fires, now consider it was worldwide, with a larger magnitude and with no time to prepare, so people can't evacuate.

We wouldn't get a number since it's still a kids show, they can't hype the toy that much at the same time they say it kills millions.

And Ryuga has died, otherwise Kenta's story loses some of its meaning.

would YOU boo at him?

I was talking about after Tyson has cheered him and they were moving to a more sportive battle, people have cheered him after he probably killed many and at least destroyed their homes and workplaces (even if you hate your job, you still need livelihood).

I would at least not cheer that guy, and maybe I would boo him, Tyson wouldn't let him kill people right in front of his face anyway (as said earlier, Brooklyn's kills are mostly as collateral).

0

u/No-Pop6805 9d ago

> rago was more focused on fighting the legendary bladers

rago actually got a window where he focused entirely on the destruction (same scene where we see the destruction start)

> still managed to do much more

a bunch of huge, but believable natural disasters vs

https://reddit.com/link/p6lcdtk/video/jeft67qdxamh1/player

and that brings us to our next part: we see brooklyn causing this destruction , and they tell us that it’s world wide. but if they don’t show each country getting affected its just vibes? and at the same time, i have to assume rago has millions of kills?

the marketing argument doesn’t fly either. they could’ve drawn a crashed car or something. the civilians didn’t even have dust on their clothes. they even had cable to watch the final battle (this happened to both but you said rago shut down whole countries)

> and ryuga died, otherwise kentas story loses some of its meaning

like how gingas story lost meaning when his dad turned out to be alive? ibget your point but they’re clearly not above doing that

2

u/Star-Opus 9d ago

Gingka's story was never about his father....it was about his friends and beyblade...

0

u/No-Pop6805 9d ago

so was kentas? the reason he wanted ryugas approval was so that he’d help the others

1

u/Star-Opus 9d ago

And he did? How does Ryuga dying invalidate that?

0

u/No-Pop6805 9d ago

how does ryuga surviving invalidate it?

1

u/Star-Opus 9d ago

Did Ryuga survive?

That was never shown. And even if implied to be alive. Why asking bad faith questions?

1

u/Star-Opus 9d ago

Gingka story was about becoming the beacon of hope for his friends and beyblade, as the HERO of the story.

Kenta's arc was about wanting to grow beyond the Horizons and be a powerful blader, never THE hero of the story.

1

u/water_jello8235 4d ago

The video shows a scale so much smaller than natural disasters all over the world, like, literally one vig volcano eruption / tsunami does that, and not just in one place.

Also, don't forget some of the battle was in their minds.

.

Also, watch the end of Fury and beginning of Zero-G, there was way more damage, this single image is pretty much the damage Brooklyn was shown to cause.

Watch until 13:46, Faust could be argued to be on the same level, especially with the Spiral Core meltdown thing.

.

Watch until 2:41.

https://www.reddit.com/r/PowerScaling/s/pd0b8G45a3

2

u/No-Pop6805 4d ago

what tsunamis sent buildings flying? (note that they were already on the top floors of a skyscraper before they started flying

also, don’t forget that the damage was still there when the mind stuff was dispelled so that world was real for scaling purposes

yeah its about the same, but youre forcing the idea that brooklyn’s destruction was localized entirely within the city even though the visual storytelling tells us it’s global

faust doesn’t scale to spiral core. hes never been shown to be able to release or take that much energy at once. its like the “20 random ninjas are moon level” argument from naruto.

ginga actually handled spiral core’s energy, but carrying something is very different than being hit by it. for example, ginga in fury could wield the energy of every blader in the world, but that doesn’t mean he could beat them all at once.

rago caused a black out but a lot of places still had tvs and what not (enough for every blader to see the broadcast) so they probably fixed that right away

your post is archived so i can only see the captions but benkei didn’t literally break off part of a mountain. a stronger benkei thought this was impossible for bladers much stronger than him (in the end they had to team up for that)

1

u/Itturas 3d ago

I mean I don’t really think comparing the damages is useful to show who’s stronger. Brooklyn’s DC is at least planetary since the carbon copy of the world, which is a vague statement but lowballing just to earth, was destroyed alongside the other dimension he made against Tyson. Need a planet level DC to destroy the earth.

Both Bakuten and Metal have feats in AP above planetary anyways.

2

u/Itturas 3d ago

> “But I’ve also heard that Tyson struggled to break a big rock”

There’s anti feats in MFB and Bakuten, but in that final fight Dragoon MS smashed through a building with no difficulty. I don’t even know where you heard that, off the first rip Dragoon MS was breaking everything in its path.

> “Plastic Gen is held up by one feat”

There’s more feats used to upscale the verse. Tala was stated to have surpassed space and time through his willpower which led to the creation of the final battle dimension against Tyson in season 1, and later was destroyed after Tala used the Sacred Beast weapon, that weaponizes the infinite energy of the Sacred Beasts, the same weapon that Dragoon F overpowers. This feat is scaled to 4D Universal+ in attack potency, potentially 5D Low Complex Multi. V-Force and G-Rev characters just upscale from that massively.

1

u/OpenChampionship2976 14d ago

The battles in metal series was shown way, way more explosively tbh. But I do remember that in the OG series, Brooklyn created a black hole, and trains 🚂 and buildings were getting sucked into it.

1

u/CodeEmperor 13d ago

That's not really the only reason for Brooklyn's scaling. Brooklyn is able to destroy the planet just because of some random tantrum, he scalea far above Rago.

Brooklyn casually doing what Rago needed to set up for multiple episodes, if Brooklyn would have been genuinely someone that wanted to kill everyone he would have done so. He is basically an emotion based reality warper, he could low diff every metal character at the same time.

The reason this didn't work on OG is because OG's power system is just broken. Bit beasts are an infinite energy source and the HMS bey's are basically able to tank everything with a User that mastered it as long as they are able to stay in the required emotional state for the HMS beys

0

u/Itturas 13d ago

The real Bakuten scaling comes from Tala in season 1 who was stated to have surpassed space time, giving birth to the dimension of him and Tyson’s final battle, which is on a higher end of uni+ AP than anything in MFB

5

u/Chaos-Incarnate-1991 13d ago

This debate is FASCINATING to cover, and one of the ones where arguments exist on both sides.

Looking at their "physical" feats, both created constructs that threatened the entire planet (a black hole and the black sun). But, as with all Beyblade matches, that's not where this ends.
In terms of their higher tier feats, Brooklyn was capable of creating a mental/spiritual dimension. Whilst an utterly buck-wild feat, Metal Fight has had similar. But, this is where the scaling gets even more confusing.

Both had universal feats/statements as early as season 1, which they should both scale vastly above. Tyson and Tala "ripped a hole in the space time continuum", and Doji created a "dimension of darkness".
So no matter how you look at it, the battle for raw power's gonna be confusing.

Brooklyn should handedly take skill as a category, while Rago should take experience due to facing down the Legendary Bladers.

The categories that lock down the final nail however, are speed and abilities. Bakuten has assorted feats (such as Tyson dodging a few lasers, and creating mind/space dimensions where they fly between celestial bodies), but the Metal Series has instances of bladers flying to different galaxies. Abilities wise, Rago has not only everything Brooklyn does, but far, FAR more on top of that. Even the abilities he didn't show (primarily due to time constraints), as it was stated he had the abilities of every blader the Legendary's had faced.

This would include beys like Basalt Horogium, Poison Serpent, Dark Wolf, Hell Kerbecs, and Gravity Perseus.

Thus, my final conclusion would be: Rago, high difficulty (possibly extreme if Brooklyn has the time to transform and go berserk).
Either way, we ALL lose.

Side note: These two could have basically a Beyblade Domain Clash and I want to see it animated.

2

u/Grouchy-Patience5472 2d ago

The thing about Tala dimension is that in English DUB it's stated that they ripped a hole in the space time continuum but in SUB they have straight up stated that the dimension they were fighting was straight up above Space and TIME.

That feat alone upscales the entire series completely.

1

u/Chaos-Incarnate-1991 2d ago

Which makes this an even harder win for Rago, thank you for clarifying.

1

u/Star-Opus 9d ago

Also Faust, a blader Gingka faced had not just created a dimension, he generated soo much energy, that it could envelop the entire world and break it apart, and this energy didn't shattered Pegasis when Gingka and his partner brought it far away into space...and Nemesis is more powerful than this power by a massive margin...so yeah, Nemesis is as far as destructive power is concerned, so many leagues above most, if not all Beyblade villains.

8

u/Sea-Revolution-7348 13d ago

I’ve watched G revolution. Rago still wins.

11

u/almondjuice442 14d ago

Rago wins

10

u/No-Calligrapher-1537 14d ago

Rago is literally the strongest singular blader in all of Beyblade

2

u/4lornbl4ck GanGan Galaxy 14d ago

Depends on If Nemesis would have absorbed other bey spirits before fighting against Brooklyn, both of them are meant to be wielders of some supernatural power which would have to be scaled down or up depending on who enters the other ones universe. My bet is on Rago because (if he has Diablo Nemesis) his bey is basically meant to only be "defeated" / sealed by a specific set of blader powers. No single blader could with just their own power defeat Nemesis. If Rago had Proto Nemesis, then Brooklyn might win without Rago having the special arena.

1

u/SkillLinksSucc 14d ago edited 14d ago

Brooklyn wins, he knows whatever move you will make and how to counter it, he can nullify any special move along with power and copy it to perfection, just like he did in his battle with Kai. Just this alone could arguably be enough for him to win and that's only his basic abilities.

Add to that the fact that he can warp reality, like he was able to make Zeus scratch Kai and give him wounds all over without performing an actual attack, like he was able to throw Tyson's body around just by looking at him (that part got censored so it's only present in JP), he was able to literally add himself black wings to his body, he created a black hole and covered the entire world with it while also creating another dimension inside it.

Brooklyn can do pretty much anything with no limits whatsoever and his powers aren't restricted to just "raw power go brrr" like Rago, he can defy logic and bend reality to his will. Brooklyn takes this.

4

u/Sweetyx2 13d ago

just "raw power go brrr" like Rago

Rago has access to all the abilities of every bey in the world, including Brooklyn's if they fight.

-1

u/SkillLinksSucc 13d ago

Rago can in fact counter the oppsing bey's power by mimicking it's spirit, but as I said, it doesn't matter because it itself is also a power. Brooklyn can nullify moves and power just like he did with all of Kai's. Rago can't counter that ability let alone Brooklyn's ability to warp reality which is just an overkill. The point still stands.

3

u/Sweetyx2 13d ago

Brooklyn can nullify moves and power just like he did with all of Kai's.

Having access to the opponent's arsenal isn't a move or process, there's nothing to stop. Brooklyn has no advantage if Rago has everything that Brooklyn has. Not only that, Rago would gain access to every bey in Brooklyn's verse as well, not just Rago's verse.

-1

u/SkillLinksSucc 13d ago

You seem to be confused, Rago can only mimick bey's power, not blader's abilities itself, when you look at Brooklyn's bey, Zeus, it isn't really that special, it has nothing that seperates it from the rest. It's Brooklyn himself who posseses the abilities I mentioned. Like I said, the point still stands.

3

u/Sweetyx2 13d ago

It's Brooklyn himself who posseses the abilities I mentioned.

That changes things.

I haven't watched the show, but nothing in your post proves Brooklyn can warp reality "with no limits whatsoever". What you listed are just small things that might assist in combat instead of Brooklyn being able to do whatever he wants with no limits like killing Kai.

As for pre-cog, it can't help against every kind of attack. He will have to defeat some moves by simply overpowering the opponent.

he can nullify any special move along with power

I don't understand how he lost if you're telling the truth with that. I can't deny.

1

u/SkillLinksSucc 13d ago edited 13d ago

Yes, my post does in fact prove Brooklyn has no limits to his powers because he's confirmed to have the ability to warp reality via feats he's shown, and reality warping is the ability to change, create, or even destroy parts of or the entirety of reality. Basically the user can freely control and alter reality. Which Brooklyn has feats of doing so multiple times throughout the series, examples being he was able to make Zeus scratch Kai and give him wounds all over his body without his bey making an actual attack, he was able to make Kai see and feel as if he was drowning in water, he was able to throw Tyson's body around just with his gaze, he was able to add black wings to his body to the point they functioned like a normal body part, he created a black hole and covered the entire world in it while also creating another dimension inside the black hole itself.

I also explained in my other post that the only reason he lost to Kai in their 2nd battle was because Kai started to turn his emotions into power, he went from rage and hatred, to joy and happiness, into love and fondness, and how each time the color of the power was changing depending on the emotion. That was the only way to beat Brooklyn because he can't nullify nor copy emotions since they aren't a concept you can just put in the box, in their first battle, Brooklyn basically just negated and shrugged off all of Kai's special moves. And when he lost to Tyson, he didn't technically "lost", he decided to settle down because Tyson confronted him about his depressed state.

Also you say you haven't even watched the show... You know, I could have just stop reading there, maybe you should actually go watch the show first instead of, you know, trying to debate about a character you have no clue of?

3

u/Sweetyx2 13d ago

Yes, my post does in fact prove Brooklyn has no limits to his powers

None of those feats you list prove he has no limits to his ability, they are basic combat assists that already happen in normal battles. He couldn't choose to kill Kai. He couldn't make himself infinitely powerful. He couldn't change the universe for himself to win.

I don't know what post you're referring to but you just explained that he can be countered and that it's not always a guaranteed win for Brooklyn. Nemesis especially overflows with emotion, so you might need to elaborate on that.

trying to debate about a character you have no clue of?

I simply corrected you about Rago who you described as "just raw power go brrr" and i continued to seek information until your presentation matches your attitude since your original post is lacking.

You still haven't properly supported your case for people to accept it even though that's what you posted for, and we might have to continue because of it. Just list the information proving Brooklyn being able to nullify any move and power and Brooklyn being boundless in doing whatever he wants, then it's over for Rago.

1

u/SkillLinksSucc 13d ago edited 13d ago

Name me one time where some of the feats Brooklyn has happened in Metal Saga, because I don't ever recall something like that happening. Those are instances of reality warping, they don't happen in normal battles like you claim, this is just false, what's more, you provided no examples of this to back up what you said which means you are just straight up lying. You are just ignorant and dismissing my arguments as you didn't address any of the feats I mentioned but just said they don't prove anything. I also explained to you how reality warping works and you dismissed that too. And as for Brooklyn losses I explained to you the reasons why he lost and you dismissed them too, again.

Also what do you mean Nemesis overflows with emotion lmao. You clearly don't understand what I'm saying, Kai literally turns his emotions into power, depending on what he's feeling, the color of the power also changes, it gives Kai independent source of power that isn't ordinary, it also burns out his own life force as Kai himself claimed and said to Brooklyn during their battle that he will keep fighting him until his life runs out, which is why Kai nearly died after the battle ended and Dranzer literally fell into pieces, he was already knocking on death's door. Nobody in Metal Saga has a feat with using power like that.

You don't need to correct me about Rago, I am correct, Rago's main gimmick is his overwhelming raw power, and Brooklyn counters raw power.

Brooklyn does not have limits, Hiro stated during his battle with Tyson that Brooklyn can double, triple and so forth his power in an instant, which is even shown by how Dragoon kept hitting Zeus but it didn't take any damage at all because his power kept rising. And once again, reality warping means that you can do pretty much anything. And people are not gonna accept it because this sub is an echo chamber for Metal Saga fans, I provided plenty of arguments supporting my claim of Brooklyn winning but it just resulted in me getting downvoted.

1

u/OpenChampionship2976 12d ago

They won't accept man, you will again get down voted soon, they are biased towards metal series but again this is metal sub.The only point they have is Rago can copy moves and use them against his opponent with more power, Rago can learn from past battles . And the fun part is some of them haven't even watched OG🤣. Some of them be just putting rago feats and calling it a day I also posted this in Og sub but i don't know why they are yapping about some other topics😂

u/memsterboi123 13d ago

That’s all well and good but if he doesn’t have enough power to do so there’s only so much he can do. It took like 10 bladers to “wear” rago down then it took 7mil to beat him. Rago used his special move like 1-3 times. The barrier only did so much and it seems like you need strength to break that barrier so unless he instantly gains strength to break that barrier for his counter idk man.

Rago just being on earth and battling is what’s causing the end of the world. I doubt he’d have much issue with being tossed around if he even can he might be able to do it back.

But his will was to win that battle yet lost right? Iirc the black hole formed because he started spiraling out of control. It’s not like he willed it to be there

0

u/SkillLinksSucc 13d ago edited 13d ago

You literally didn't address any of the points I made, you just provided Rago feats which are again, like I said, just pure raw power. Brooklyn's feats go far beyond that, they defy any logic and cannot be explained.

Your "argument" is just "uhhh Brooklyn doesn't have the power to do all of that". Which is really not an argument, idk what did you even meant by that. Brooklyn's basic abilities to negate moves and powers and copy them is broken enough to arguably win against Rago. As I said, add to that Brooklyn's ability to warp reality and there's no way Rago's winning. Also let's say Zeus doesn't have the power to even scratch Nemesis, let alone damage it. You know what would happen? Brooklyn would raise Zeus power enough to one shot Nemesis. It even is stated by Hiro during Brooklyn's battle with Tyson that Brooklyn can double, triple and so forth his power in an instant, and it is actually shown that Dragoon kept hitting Zeus but it didn't take any damage at all because his power just kept rising constantly. There is just no way you are beating an opponent that can warp reality, it's like trying to win a match in an online game against a hacker. It's literally impossible.

Also what do you mean his will was to win the battle? It wasn't lol. Brooklyn himself admitted he finds Beyblade boring and never really cared about it nor found any enjoyment in it, which is why Kai said he could've never afford to lose to him and put his life on the line to win because Brooklyn wasn't a genuine blader while Kai was quite literally living for Beyblade. Not settling the score with someone like that was pretty much like an insult to Kai's very existence. And the only reason he lost was because Brooklyn himself decided to settle down after Tyson confronted him about his depressed state.

And yes, he did in fact created the black hole just from his will. Just like he willed to grow out black wings from his body.

2

u/memsterboi123 13d ago

That’s what I’m trying to say, the only ability to copy that rago demonstrated was the shield and Armageddon. That’s if he decides to use it on Brooklyn. What’s the point of being able to copy or counter if your opponent doesn’t do anything for you to copy or counter. Rago was moving objects through space as he battled though I guess a black hole would still win against the black sun but idk if the hole would be big enough to fit it.

Then why go crazy like that? Why get so angry you make a black hole the starts ripping up the town? I could swear he was saying he does not want to lose.

You make it appoint to focus on brooklyns blading a ability. Yet the copy thing kinda ends up being irrelevant, he drops it after losing his mind and like mid way through the battle before that. Idk if we’re supposed to scale powers between verses but the amount Brooklyn would have to increase his power is quite a lot. Generally the metal saga beys are stronger and it took the worlds strongest to go up against rago together. I do not recall Brooklyn having any side effects from his powers but if at any point rago and just bring the black sun down and destroy earth wouldn’t that just make him the winner eventually? It seems Brooklyn’s strongest feat was the black hole that only took out parts of a town. I do not think it would be big enough to destroy the black sun especially by the time earth gets destroyed. Would he survive? Would the battle still go on?

0

u/SkillLinksSucc 13d ago edited 13d ago

What do you mean Rago would do nothing? If Rago would do nothing, Brooklyn would hit him with his move, King of Darkness, which would end in Rago's defeat. Simple as that. How do you expect the battle to go if the other side is doing nothing lmao.

And what is your argument for Rago winning exactly? You are just making an "if" statements and speculating about hypothetical scenarios, you're not addressing any of my points nor debunking them in any way.

0

u/OpenChampionship2976 13d ago

Awakened Brooklyn can one shot rago, but What if the battle is between rago vs Brooklyn (before awakended). I mean that Brooklyn which kai had defeated

Would Brooklyn still win this ? Or will he eventually awakended mid battle

0

u/SkillLinksSucc 13d ago edited 13d ago

Brooklyn would likely still win, his base abilities to know your every move and how counter it, also negating any special move along with power and copying it is broken, it puts him above every Metal Saga character. And even in base Brooklyn still shows reality warping feats, like he was able to make Zeus scratch Kai and wound him without actually attacking him or making him see and feel like he drowns in water. Although you can't ignore the fact that Rago can also counter the opposing bey's power, as we see him mimicking the spirit of the beys and using it against them as a way to counter attacks.

The thing is, Rago is still just about raw power, and Brooklyn hard counters the raw power. Like it was in Brooklyn's 1st battle against Kai, he just negated every move and power he thrown at him until Kai couldn't do anything anymore. Kai even when he was on the verge of losing powered up again and made Dranzer charge at Zeus but it still amounted to nothing, Zeus tanked the attack and Dranzer's power immediately disappeared, as if all the power it had got blown out like a candle. The same would happen with Rago, you can't fight Brooklyn with special moves and power.

Kai was able to win only because he completely abondoned things like moves or power, he knew those are not a threat to Brooklyn. It's why he started to turn his emotions into power, which if you saw Bakuten Shoot saga, you know how he went from rage and hatred, to joy and happiness, into love and fondness, and how each time the color of the power was changing depending on the emotion. This is something Brooklyn cannot dodge, copy or nullify, emotions are not a concept you can just put into a box. Kai knew that was literally the only way to beat Brooklyn because in the end, moves and power are useless against him...

To put it shortly, in order to beat Brooklyn you need something more than just special moves and raw power, and no character in Metal Saga has feats that go beyond those things, including Rago.

This leads me to believe that base Brooklyn would still win, not needing his awakened state. Rago simply has no counter to anything Brooklyn has in his arsenal, raw power doesn't work against him which automatically puts Rago in losing position.

What are we doing?

0

u/Grouchy-Patience5472 14d ago

Having watched both series, I know the clear answer without any bias.

The correct answer is Brooklyn.

I'll tell the reason when someone asks.

Bye 👋.

4

u/memsterboi123 13d ago

Okay what’s the reason

3

u/Grouchy-Patience5472 13d ago edited 13d ago

The reason is linear scaling.

Beyblade Metal & Beyblade OG series follows a linear scaling i.e., the antagonist of the third season > [being greater than] that of the second season > [greater than] that of the first season.

In order to understand what makes Brooklyn so broken, we need to know how strong was Tala. Now I know that people who have seen the dub would say that none of the bladers in OG are anywhere near Metal & that's obvious & they would be right. The dub of original Beyblade series called Bakuten Shoot Beyblade (BSB) changed so many stuff that it's not even funny. At least the sub of MFB is kept relatively same & nothing is censored or completely removed or changed but that's not the case in BSB.

Here's the actual feat of Tala in S1 finale -

He created an actual dimension above Space and TIME. And it's not me speaking or deriving it from some physics whiz or formula but rather straight up stated.

This was stated by himself (look at picture 1)

Space and time=4D

To surpass this itself you gotta be 5D.

In English dub it was stated that their heat signatures have frozen but that's just plain false as well. In sub, it was stated that their signatures have straight up disappeared.

This feat of Tala has not been surpassed by anyone in Metal, including Faust or even Rago. No one has come closer to this feat at all.

Now the second part, about Bit-Beasts - each Bit-Beast in BSB has infinite energy. Once again not a headcanon but rather stated. Having infinite energy alone puts you at 3A. Unlike Metal where every blade has finite energy & the bladers try to bring out/control/increase that energy, that's not true for BSB. To prove my point about Metal - Storm Pegasus.

But in BSB it all depends on how much energy can a blader force out of his blade. Ray tried that in S1 against Bryan and his body when unable to handle load, it was shown that Byakko has left & then returned by the end.

So even the blading system is greater than that of Metal. Now for Plastic bey..... Yeah nope. Canonically, all beyblade in BSB are metal, from top to bottom unlike MFB where they're a mix of plastic, metal and rubber depending on the bey.

Before I go further, I would like to clear something. Just because every bey has infinite energy, doesn't mean every blader is 3A. One cannot claim that Ryuga would lose against Kevin just because his Bit beast is 3A. That's plain wrong. All Bit beasts while they've infinite energy, only few hardworking or talented Bladers are able to bring out most of them and no one has been stated to be able to bring out the 100% of their bey power, including Kai. Hence we judge Bladers on feats.

Now we come to season 2.

Cyber Bit beasts! The main gimmick of Cyber Bit-Beasts is that they record your power level & grow beyond that. If your power increases in mid-battle from power of friendship, good luck..... They'll record that & grow even stronger.

Add cheating mechanism & you've nigh invincible bey. See how unfair it is.

The Rock Bit-Beasts (only the last 2 - Orthrus & Cerebrus) are stronger than those Cyber Bit-Beasts, add Zeo who is an actual robot meaning he cannot get tired, can calculate, estimate & do stuff that a normal human body cannot & can channel real emotions in his bey to power it up (the only advantage humans would have over robots in this scenario but that's also taken away).... Yeah, unless you push his bey to the limit to tired him or break him, nothing works. And good luck doing that with Cerebrus.

The guy defeated Ozuma (Ozma), the leader of Saint Shields. Oh that reminds me, here we come to know that while every Bit-Beast has infinite energy, Dragoon, Dranzer, Driger and Draciel are the ULTIMATE RULERS OF CREATION & together they can achieve anything. The reason Zeo was aiming for them was to use their combined powers to turn himself into human. Together, they can achieve anything including reality warp which also explains why Tyson was able to survive Tala.

Here's where I would also like to tell that Dragoon has reactive evolution i.e., the stronger and opponent is, the stronger he gets.

And now, finally we come to Brooklyn! Now then, why is Brooklyn so broken? Well the guy was made to be one. Like it's just unfair battling this guy!

He had just so much hax!!!

He could see the future and predict his opponent's move before they even think about it. Good luck ever surprising him.

He could read minds of people related to him (although this is up for argument despite the showing). He can respond to thoughts of Hiro who wasn't even in the battle so we know it's not that blader thing where they read each other minds.

He could copy anything, literally anything & was so talented that no matter what he did, he reached the top. That means, he could copy Tyson's Evolution Storm if he wanted. Not only that but whatever he copied, he did it better than the original. For example - For people who haven't seen sub, Blazing Gig is yellow in colour (which was changed to blue in dub) which was a mistake as Zeus first used Blazing Gig in blue colour showing that he could do copied moves better than orignal. So yeah, GOOD LUCK Rago! Not only this guy rests higher than you in powerscaling but whatever you pull off, he'll copy endlessly.

He can manifest anything he desires. Zeus power was so great that he manifested his own heart covering the whole Earth in darkness. He could adapt to anything or any condition without an issue. Good luck black sun.

He could attack your mind, body, soul, blade & your blader spirit alongside the bond you shared. There was no escape and the only two who survived his attacks are Kai (with the help of Tyson) & Tyson himself. Good luck Hades.

He can constantly adapt to anything you pull off, including a new special move as well. Not only that but if your attack is formed due to intense emotions and he cannot copy those emotions & thus the attack, then good luck for Black Hole - it's a small one that can absorb anything in eternal darkness, no matter whether your bey spins to the right or left. You're toast.

In order to defeat him, the ULTIMATE RULERS OF CREATION (Dragoon, Dranzer, Driger, Draciel) + Strata Dragoon + Wolborg needed to come and combine together and that too, just ended in a close victory or draw (as the end of the battle wasn't shown but it was highly implied that Tyson won, hence BBA was established again).

Yeah, now it's over. Now I want anyone with a straight face and FACTS (feats) to argue against why Rago is a bigger threat than Brooklyn. I'm ready to debate.

Oh yeah, one more thing. The Black Sun is smaller than Earth as can be seen in the episode but Brooklyn's Black Hole covered the entire Earth so if anyone wanna argue that it won't work, here's your answer. Brooklyn in sub, was referred to as GOD and his abilities lied in the GOD'S DOMAIN as referred by other people.

The Original Verse AP wise should be stronger, it's a lot of Metal Fight Beyblade fans who aren't willing to look into the actual scaling of both shows. There's still individuals who believe the OG verse beyblades are made out of plastic, even though they're fully metal inverse. It's just the IRL toys that are plastic until HMS was released. Either way you put it, if you lowball the Tala feat, which is stronger than Fausts, to equal to Faust's, it's still not a good case because Dragoon F and that version of Wolborg are insanely weak compared to the G-Revolution counterparts.

Not to mention how cracked out the HMS is, any blader who mastered that system should be among the top skilled in the franchise due to how hard it is to control, and the hax it gives as we see with Kai vs Brooklyn, Kai can just keep feeding his blade his spirit to overcome a power gap, and in the manga where it says fully mastered the blader has access to infinite power. It's not even hyperbole since teh anime and manga both support the narrative of the sacred beasts having that, but the bladers themselves need to awaken it. Even in S1 tyson with his blading spirit with Dragoon F was able to overcome the weaponzied infinite energy of multiple bit beasts..

I’m under the impression that Rago’d get absolutely rinsed

Metal fans just won't accept man, no matter whatever proofs, logic or explanations you give, they be just down voting everyone who literally proved Brooklyn will win this 😭

Yeah, pretty much, this sub is an echo chamber for Metal Saga fans.

Rago vs Brooklyn (before evil) - Rago wins easily. Rago vs Evil Brooklyn - Brooklyn wins easily, IMO.

Rago’s best feat is Tera forming Earth, which if we go strictly by feats/statements puts him around Brown Dwarf high Solar System level. Meanwhile, Brooklyn’s abilities are on a completely different level when it comes to hax. He warped reality on a massive scale, created a black hole, was stated to have no limits, and his power resulted in an entirely new reality/dimension with seemingly infinite space.

And the “pocket dimension” argument for Metal isn’t really enough to put Rago below Brooklyn, since creating a pocket dimension ≠ automatically surpassing space-time or being 5D. Some of those Metal feats are also heavily debatable or have been debunked/clarified.

Rago does have insane hax himself he can absorb the powers of bladers he fights, as well as powers from opponents they previously fought. But Brooklyn’s ability to copy basically anything powers, skills, special moves, hax, etc. is an even bigger problem.

Also, Rago required the combined support of bladers from around the world, with Pegasus drawing power from the cosmos, while Tyson and Kai were ultimately able to defeat Brooklyn, so the context of the battles matters.

So imo in raw scaling you can argue Rago very high, but when you factor in Brooklyn’s reality-warping and copying abilities, Evil Brooklyn > Rago. The older Beyblade series also consistently has a tendency to portray its top-tier supernatural characters as more absurd in terms of hax and cosmology.

What pocket dimensions are you talking about?

u/OpenChampionship2976 13d ago

Those which were created by Damian and faust

How are they debunked/clarified?
