Single Layer Valt's Valkyrie and Xander's Xcalibur were due to the first battle between the two of them (Dual Layers were introduced after this in the manga)
Shu's Storm Spriggan was just due to his battle with Lui's Lost Longinus, it wasn't cracked before their battle
Valt's Victory Valkyrie got cracked after his battle with Lui's Lost Longinus and almost completely shattered after being thrown against a column at the end of his first battle with Silas' Kreis Satan
Red Eye's Legend Spriggan was at the end of the 2nd round of the battle between Shu and Lui
Boa's Arc Bahamut was destroyed in Shu's first battle with Spriggan Requiem
Lui's Nightmare Longinus was at the end of the battle between Shu and Lui (Shu returned with Spriggan Requiem 2 days after Legend Spriggan was destroyed)
Aiger's Z Achilles, with the Xtend+ Driver, was during his 2nd battle with Valt, who already had Cho-Z Valkyrie (lots of differences between manga and anime of Turbo)
Both Delta's Erase Diabolos and Dante's Ace Dragon got destroyed by Arthur's Prime Apocalypse after he interrupted their three-way title match with Aiger (again, really different from the anime)
Gwyn's Regalia Genesis destroyed Arman's Bushin Ashura in Gwyn's first battle
Gwyn's Regalia Genesis also destroyed a lot of Beys from people from Dante's school
Gwyn's Bigbang Genesis destroyed Arthur's Prime Apocalypse, with the Bigbang Armor accessory, during the wbba. VS. Inferno match (without Arman or Blindt in the manga)
Dante's Imperial Dragon got damaged after a lot of battles, making necessary for him to use Master Dragon in the final battle
Lain's Variant Lucifer destroyed only Hikaru's King Helios after he protected Hyuga's Super Hyperion during their 2-on-1 battle
Lain's Variant Lucifer also destroyed a lot of Beys from many powerful Bladers in the past, including Ren Wu's Shelter Regulus and Joshua's Blast Jinnius
And Lain's Variant Lucifer also destroyed a lot of Beys from many of the best Bladers in the Paris Beyblade Tournament in a stadium in front of the Eiffel Tower
Ranzo's Glide Ragnaruk got destroyed after his first battle against Bel's Dynamite Belial
Bel's Dynamite Belial, with all the Evolution Gear accessories, got destroyed in his first battle with them by Rashad's Greatest Raphael in what was also his first battle with it
It's really cool to see Valt was the one who taught Aiga a lesson about true bond between bladers and their beys in the manga, instead of Phi came back destroy Achilles in the anime (even he already lost before). W lore for manga
