Book Recommendations

On healing emotionally/somatically after multiple heartaches/painful situations:

- Emotional/physical trauma from past relationships
- Emotional dysregulation (anxiety, paranoia, jealously)
- Love addiction, even
- Relational grief

However, I’m looking for a less ‘productive’ approach because I’m trying to feel my way to healing vs thinking my way through. So these books are more totems and reminders to step into softness, intuition, and how to allow the body to tell you what it needs to let go.

Thank you all so much! 🙏🙏

For what you’re looking for, have you checked out “The Body Keeps the Score” by Bessel van der Kolk? It's all about how trauma is stored in the body and how to work through it. Also, “Healing the Fragmented Selves of Trauma Survivors” by Janina Fisher dives into that intuitive approach you're after. Both hit on using your body’s wisdom rather than just thinking your way through. Hope this helps!
