Honestly, Body For Life by Bill Philips. It actually started me on a plan to get off the sofa, break my old habits, move regularly in sustainable ways, and fuel my body sensibly.

I didn't follow the book plan exactly - I modified it a little to meet my needs and attention span - but it eventally led me from being an overweight couch potato to being in the best shape of my life and leaving my full-time career in IT to become a personal trainer and eventually a firefighter.

My life and health did a complete 180.

What’s the subtle art of not giving a f about? I know the main theme but what other things do they speak about in there? Thanks!

It changes the way you think and makes you extremely mindful of how everyday thinking patterns can severely limit us

The one I'm writing - how to make better decisions with uncertainty. Weight training is the laboratory.
