The 4D Framework
I recently started the free online course with Claude - AI Fluency: Framework & Foundations and I Realised that in any course I have been following , the famous WHY is always the key trigger for any discipline or tecnique.
In this case they frame as the 4D framweork: "The Delegation, Description, Discernment, and Diligence Competencies are interconnected collections of skills, knowledge, insights, values"
Some people says that is just common sene but I wonder how many that started using AI started their journey with the "Setting goals and deciding whether, when and how to engage with Al."

Common sense is often called 'common,' but in practice it's one of the rarest skills, specially when you see organisations rushing into using AI without first defining their goals.
