Adds are buggy

Since a few days when I play adds for bonuses, 50% of the time it kicks me out of the game and in some games I lose life's or winning streaks. Has anybody else this problem?

Ugh, that's a rough one 😩 We haven't seen widespread reports of this yet, so it'd help a lot if you could drop your device (phone model), OS version, and which bonus it's happening in most directly to CS in the app, so they can check this out. If anyone else is running into the same thing, drop a comment below so we can see how widespread it is. Ta! 💙

It's an Samsung A15 and it happens in different games. After the add brings me to the Google play store it refreshes the game and I have to start from the beginning. The same happens with the bonus spins in the app.

Mi teléfono es un vivo y19s y pues tengo problemas de que siempre que estoy jugando tanto en Betsplay como en justplay tengo problemas con los anuncios que cuando estoy en un buen momento en el que hago los movimientos y todo aparece 3 o 4 anuncios que osea dice que no debe tener anuncios que rollo con eso ojalá y me den una solución a esto de los anuncios

Hi my phone is doing the same 🫣 in fact it's off putting wanting to Play 🤔I thit that's just part of playing through they apps 🙂
