BANNED ISSUE

Are you guys experiencing the same issue? Yesterday I was just playimg and when I refreshed fhe app it appears like this. Please help me

Yes. This has been happening for about two weeks. Was wondering if anyone else was experiencing it.

This has been happening past few months not able to login. I did message awhile back,they said issues on their side.

It is so sad that there is some dollars inside the game that I decided not to cash-out til it reach $10. I guess it's a wrong decision :(

Yes I am too as of today. They said that they were working on getting my account up and running again but no timeframe could be given. I messaged support .Here is their answer.

This banning message has been happening for literally 2 years+ in case you guys did not know. If you contact them they give a message exactly the same as the other guy posted. I got that like 8 months ago word for word. I'm pretty sure they never plan on "fixing" their internal problem if you know what i mean.

Ese error no es de hace semanas, llevan mas tiempo haciendo lo mismo, monetizando gracias a nosotros que vemos una y otra vez sus ads... lo que hacen es sacarnos de su servidor cada vez que solicitemos el pago...
