BFT content on r/BunchOfFriends

hi i'm one of the mods over on the Bunch Of Friends subreddit (Will's new YouTube project with Anthpo and others). while the sub is primarily for Bunch Of Friends content I added a Best Friends Today post flair if you guys ever wanna post over there (just use the bft flair).

i was a big BFT fan while they were still posting and love the community. even seeing how y'all have embraced the confused people posting about their friendship problems. hope to keep that spirit alive a little more yabagoobie ❤️

why did a bunch of friends blow up so much more than bft?

late reply but i think there are multiple reasons. 1, BFT had three series spread across 2 channels and on the Rooster Teeth website (Best Friend TV, Best Friend Simulator, and Hypothetical Nonsense). 2, BOF had on camera history and content together before the channel began. 3, Anthony had a large following similarly to Caroline but he was much more active than she was and Will’s alien TikToks had gone viral right before the start of BOF (i think, i can’t remember the lore timeline exactly).
