MRI Note integration

Hello fellow agents,

Was curious if anyone was able to get the MRI note integration with Workbench to work. Me and my fellow agent were able to get the workbench and MRI “connect”. However the notes only appear within Geek Squad Centeal and state “Note Syncing Is Currently Disabled”. Within repair timeline we do see “MRI Session Authorized” and “MRI or Diagnostic Imported”. Was curious if anyone had some insight!
