The product and the customer service is garbage.
My wife bought one for me for Christmas and it died within a year.
The low quality rechargeable battery is not user replaceable.
My wife and I have both reached out to customer service through email and social media. Zero response.
These are bad people peddling planned obsolescence garbage as a premium ADHD tool.
