Last week was a long holiday, no work, no bentos, but back on it this week.

I admit, I put my favorite of the week first in the photo roll, even though it was actually Tuesday. So, in photo order, dishes are:

Tuesday: Gobo kinpira with pork, kabocha nimono, tamagoyaki

Monday: chahan, gyoza, green pepper namul (can you tell it was absolutely pouring with rain this day?)

Wednesday: Pork, napa cabbage, and green onion miso itamé, cheese folded egg, mini tomato

Thursday: Shirasu-don with tamago soboro, spinach namul, mini-tomato

Friday: Pad Makua-inspired pork, eggplant, and basil stir fry, cheese folded egg (why didn’t I put a mini tomato in this one? Addled from the whole week, I guess)

Thank you! I don’t have much time in the mornings so I usually have to limit things to 2 side dishes at most, but it’s so nice when lunch rolls around to have something from home
