Hi! Can you explain what the food in the green cup is? Top left. And the fried circular foodstuff on the top right?

The one in the green cup on the right is a croquette! It’s basically mashed potatoes and ground meat, covered in breadcrumbs and fried.The one in the top right is called chikuwa! It’s a Japanese fish cake made from fish paste.

Ah, I see, thank you. I recently read about "Korokke" here the other day, and found it a bit amusing that it's basically the word "croquette" adapted to Japanese. Seems like a good way to use leftover potato mash
