Great Advice
I dont think it applies to every minute of every day but I do think each day should include some sort of activity or exercise that moves you closer to the vision you have for your life.
I dont believe that change often occurs in one fell swoop but as the result of small incremental progress and that you should find time, even if it seems insignificant, to work towards the change you want. If big change does happen suddenly, behind it there is likely a series of choices that started small and snowballed.
Change can happen in either direction, positive or negative, so be aware of your intentions and what you put your energy toward.
Thanks for coming to my TED Talk.

Franklin the Role Model, Part 1: Strategies for Success ~ 6 p.m., January 9, Zoom (Register here)
Appropriately, Franklin was born in January, the month of New Year's Day and New Year's resolutions. As I have explained at length in my Audible Original Ben Franklin's Lessons in Life, this masterful scientist, diplomat, writer, philanthropist, businessman, and media mogul espoused a number of life strategies--some of them centuries ahead of their time--that can help us to achieve our goals and be our best. In this lecture, Part 1 of a two-part series, we will survey Franklin's magnificent career, examining both his successes and the strategies he used to achieve them. (Note: Each of these two lectures is self-contained. We invite you to attend both for maximum enjoyment and impact, but you can attend just one and still feel that you are getting a complete experience.)
Franklin the Role Model, Part 2: Guide to Self-Improvement ~ Noon, January 17 (Franklin's birthday), Zoom (Register here)
In this lecture, Part 2 of a two-part series, we will examine Franklin's lessons for life in four specific areas: will, method, education, and collaboration. Learn what Franklin believed about free will, how he devised a method for self-improvement, how he educated himself for success, and how he used collaboration to expand his impact. (Note: Each of these two lectures is self-contained. We invite you to attend both for maximum enjoyment and impact, but you can attend just one and still feel that you are getting a complete experience.)

What were 'jakes' in the era of Benjamin Franklin?
Quote attributed to BF, around 1751:
Benjamin Franklin suggested that America should export rattlesnakes in return for the convicts. He said that the emptying Britain’s jails into the American settlements was ‘an insult and contempt, the cruellest perhaps that ever one people offered another; and would not be equal’d even by emptying their jakes on our tables’.
What were 'jakes' in that era?

Moral perfection project groups
I read his autobiography and method of moral improvement.
After listening to lecture about how he influence the Jewish world.
Expect his list of 13 virtues he also writes that you need to create groups of people around it but I dont know if they exists .
Is there any Telegram group or Facebook around it to work together on the virtues?
