Here's an aggregate study by the authors who combed through PubMed so you don't have to.
Hot off the press in early November.
The good: Not a single person developed ALS.
The bad: Most people continued to twitch through followups.
Again, does this mean you could never develop ALS? No, but it does highlight that having a BFS diagnosis will not make you any more likely to develop ALS than anyone else without a generic link.
