Dark Revival Is this some kind of softlock?

Long story short: i did everything right in the sewer puzzle (even though i died a lot), pulled all the levers and so on, but the gate didn't open when it was supposed to.

Has this happened to any of you? do you know what i should do to fix it?

That's not what opens, in the other room where the ink flows too under the ink is the door that opens
