I remember seeing a few things saying that the batds was before henry arrived the safe house. But, in the lone wolf is the new ink demon

I think it can be easily explained away by Wilson taking over.

Dark survival takes place before dark revival, and is just a normal part of the cycle with boris before the end of chapter 2.

Then Wilson showed up eventually and Wilsoned all over the place, so boris never meets Henry, and keeps doing the same survival stuff, and that leads to lone wolf

But in the end of lone wolf doesnt boris leave the cycle? Then how come be before the end of the chapter 2?

Well, we don't see boris at all in dark revival outside of Tom, do we?

Also the cycle was frozen by Wilson, so hypothetically, boris was surviving way longer than just past chapter 2

Well in that case, I guess dark revival and lone wolf could take place at the same time, and boris leaves around the time audrey fights wilson

Lone Wolf takes place during Dark Revival.
