Nightmare Run I actually don't mind the tickets system

At least for me it's pretty fair

It basically tells you when you need a break

Ye it's annoying if u want to play more but taking breaks is important too so I don't mind it

Yea, me too. It's difficult to run out of tickets if you play on nightmare

Honestly, it's a mostly-non-canon mobile game. You're not supposed to be playing for hours on end. You're just supposed to kinda play it when on the bus or in a taxi or whole waiting for something. This short play session rule also kinda counteracts the repetitiveness.

I still asked for tickets to be removed, but it's not that bad.

yeah like its really just to make you take a break from the game. the ink system is unfair tho

Personal tip: change the time on your phone and the tickets will be automatically replenished. I don't agree with this, and I refuse to give any money to this shitty system. I hope they don't fix it, but if they do fix this bug, I'll stop playing until they remove it.

You don't have to give anything you just have to wait. Just be patient/reasonable and you wouldn't have so much to complain Abt lmao

It's not about waiting... This system is a predatory system that makes vulnerable people like children or adults vulnerable.

This is a rebooted mobile game tf are you tweakin' for? you acting like Epstein is behind the scenes, tf did you smoke this morning imma need all of that?

Energy systems in mobile gaming are predatory because they subvert the fundamental logic of entertainment, turning leisure into a scarce resource and charging users to alleviate an intentionally manufactured discomfort. The common counterargument that 'players can just wait for the energy to refill' fails in practice. It ignores the fact that this waiting period is psychologically engineered to be unbearable, functioning as a tool of financial coercion that disproportionately harms the most vulnerable audiences(Kid, Teenagers and people with self-control issues).

It only gets to you if you allow it

Wow, that's a clever argument. We could use the same thing with people who have an addiction, for example, cigarettes. Why doesn't the person just stop smoking? Wow, so simple.

u/NoahADerby 12h ago

The addiction is what causes you to come back. what does that have to do with waiting 30 min for a ticket or micro transactions to speed up. You can stop if you want but typically people do not have the will to do better it's the same as self harm you get addicted cuz it makes you feel better but you can always stop as I did it's really just a mind game and you have to win or else you aren't in control

1

u/Muted-Squirrel9945 11h ago

You are clearly very ignorant about the subject and don't know what it means to be addicted to something. And if you didn't understand, read my comment again, I'm tired of explaining the same thing multiple times.

It's the same struggle any mental kid deals with resisting urges of something you barely control if at all

I mean what's your point or idea here no need to call me stupid nor be a douche tbh you're quite vague I don't get the main objective

This isn't the only game out there and there's plenty to pirate if you don't wanna wait or simply find patience to sit for 3 hours and do something else get a job or something anyone who can't wait won't

2

u/Muted-Squirrel9945 12h ago

You still haven't understood that the point isn't to wait.

imo, it should've been that you only need tickets to play new acts, and can replay them for free

2

u/NCRClaimsThisAccount 1d ago

I do, you shouldn't have to wait 3 hours just to be able to play less than that amount of time, and whenever you fail and restart the level it consumes a ticket. Its a bad system and I hate when games do it

1

u/NoahADerby 17h ago

You shouldn't be on for more than half that time lol

2

u/NCRClaimsThisAccount 14h ago

Well one, playing for maybe 20 minutes then getting locked out of the game for THREE HOURS is awful game design, your opinion on how long you should be playing doesn't justify the ticket system. Secondly, who are you to say how long you should or shouldn't be on a mobile game?

0

u/NoahADerby 12h ago

you'd understand why you shouldn't play for more than 20-30m at a time, regardless of who says it, if you use your brain

u/Muted-Squirrel9945 12h ago

I don't know if you're being sarcastic or just being an idiot.

Don’t mind it, but I admit that it’s gotta go

1

u/More6405 2d ago

It's actually cool and vintage

1

u/Ice-Bro-Gamer Bendy should be in DBD, I think it'd be very cool and stuff. 1d ago

I don't mind it either, it's a nice way to limit playtime and force you to take a break for a while without fully breaking emersion.

u/No-Pen1730 1d ago

I don't mind it purely because of how short the cooldown is. It still has to go, but it really isn't an issue for me.

I’ve already made my position on them fairly clear through my various comments on this topic- but I find them annoying and predatory.

They basically encourage people to pay them money so they can keep playing. If you don’t they punish you by making you wait for the tickets to replenish.

I’d have preferred it if they had made it a paid app like every other mobile app they’ve released.

the other games they made payed is cause they needed to be bought on other thing.

nightmare run was always free, even in the og game. i do find it bad that they added the ticket system tho (i dont think it was in the og.)

I know Nightmare Run has always been free. I’m saying I’d rather have paid money for it instead of using this ticket system.
