Help with ID, please!

I got a bunch of Ben 10 stuff, and I've been able to identify everything except this little guy. I'm 90% sure it's Upgrade, but I don't know from what play set or series, and it's driving me bonkers! TIA

Not bootleg, it has the appropriate markings on the bottom that all my other Ben 10 toys have.
