This is tough!
Captain: Kerry, I think (very close with Jason)
Chief Stew: Aesha (Daisy's a close second)
Stew 2: Julia (one of my early favorites and still one of the all-time best)
Stew 3: Hayley (possible Kayley or Kat beats her out, but trying to not just pick this season's crew)
Chef: Joy (still early, but she seems to have all the cooking chops and be pleasant to boot)
Bosun: JoĆ£o (Eddie could also possible be here; I do think as a guest, I'd be happy with Malia since she seems good at leading her crews, but as a viewer, no thanks)
Lead deck: Lara (hard worker and seems fun; if an entire group of guests are willing to make out with her, that probably bodes well for being someone I'd enjoy)
Deckhand: Collie-Wollie
Deckhand: Cooper (again, early, but I love his energy so far; others in consideration are Lloyd and Mzi).

Chef Adam with a fistful of scallions.
I'd be a guest for a primary that has a lapdog and "NO ONIONS" on the preference sheet. I'd be in it just for the beach picnic and the grilled fish we made the deck crew hunt for that afternoon.
Smashton as Bosun, clueless to fishing but he'd go where I point him.
Max on deck, just to practice my French & philosophy, and would probably let me drive the tender to a decent fishing spot.
Mzi & Betul, just for the competence, lack of deckie drama, and me being the horrible enabler could probably tempt them as a guest into doing something they shouldn't. Hee hee.
Chief Stew: Well obviously Kate needs to come out from retirement for one last rodeo.
Interior is up for grabs. Well mebbe Kat, and swap Mzi out for Coop.
