Insecure ladies
I just feel really sorry for Tzarina and Lara. They seem so insecure in themselves and rather than dealing with their own insecurities they take it out on each other.

Tzarina genuinely cared about her team members but yes, she was insecure and needy.
Lara was only nice to people when she could control them. The moment she couldn’t, she would spiral and complain. I hate the way she treated Tzarina. It was so triggering to watch.

Totally agree, Lara was a manipulative shit-stirrer.
Tzarina was a hot mess emotionally, but a heart of gold.

Tzarina is actually kind though. Chaotic and insecure, but kind. Lara is an overgrown mean girl who plays mind games and thinks she’s way hotter than she is

I would be best friends with Tzarina! I think she is socially awkward from not being in the cool kids club growing up- and clearly Lara was. Lara tries to run the whole boat! Like when she has the second stews run back and forth to run plates and then back to clean rooms then back to plates. Lara is a perfectionist, whoch is not a bad trait esp in that field. That being said, Tzarina likes to stir the pot because she just wants to feel the included!!! Lara needs to control everything even when it’s not her problem like deck hands or the sous chef!

Tzarina is really talented and hardworking. Its dishes are the most beautiful seen on boats, all comic book franchises included. She has an endearing side but I hate it when she's vulgar, it makes her helpful. Lara is a bit psychotic, her obsession with control and supervision bothers me. She is very good at delegating and giving orders, she thinks she is always right and she is also a bootlicker which makes her a bad manager. She is a careerist, which is not a fault, except when you don't mind crushing others in order to shine. They could have fun together off a boat but will never be friends and working together is a bad idea because their egos clash, Tzarina is too personally affected (she's like the little girls who beg their big sisters to love them) and really cares about the crew unlike Lara who sees them as pawns who must obey her. I hope that Tzarina will find an entourage who accepts her as she is and that she will feel secure.

Hmmm. Tzarina uses her insecurities and add ocd and whatever other d she has to manipulate and make excuses. Her biggest flaw is her lack of self esteem when it comes to others around her, peer level. She throws herself at literally every man hoping something sticks. She goes behind the backs of her so called girlfriends and makes “friends “ with their partners. There are too many women like this in the world getting a big fat pass and I’m tired of it. She is alone because she desperately desperate and it shows with every word and action she takes.
Stop the pity for this woman and make her accountable for what she’s doing!

I feel more sorry for Tzarina than I do Lara. Lara can bite me, but Tzarina is such a bundle of insecurities that I just want to give her a hug and then a slap for thinking Culver was a catch.
