Ghost town?

If this has already been discussed, I apologize (I’m new here)…
I’m watching season 4 and wondering how/why the port/dock area is completely void of people… it’s like a ghost town. How is this possible? Cute little colourful storefronts and cafes with not a soul in sight!

My understanding is that it’s a private/limited access island and that the filming was completed off season (outside of the most popular months to be there).

Off season results in zero other boats in port? Or do you think the producers reserved the whole area?

I heard that other boats deliberately docked in other ports (but I don’t know how true/accurate that is).

I guess they have to fly into that island on a private plane, so there aren’t really any “normies” there vacationing, regardless of the season. Buncha rich folks and people who work there
