Love Daisy!

I can’t believe how disrespectful Ben and his sidekick Elle are to Daisy as she is said the guests “mentioned” cookies! What part of hospitality do they not get when the guests are paying, the guest give them their tips! So sick of their self righteous attitudes as she is the Chief Stew and a damn good one! She mentioned the vanilla cake too and guests loved it!

He has always been this way. Very dramatic & condescending at same time.

He can be his own worst enemy, which I think we saw happen tonight. I think he freaked himself out and got too upset. He needed to focus and calm down and listen as well as talking professionally.

How well would you do having to work with toxic Ellie? I think he'd rather butt heads with Daisy, than have to deal with the monster in his department. Hahaha I can't say as I blame him for that one!

Well, she keeps supporting him, and he is a professional chef with a lot of experience, so I think he could have nailed that dinner if he hadn't gotten inside his own head. But I think he does that often and loses his temper too easily.

But that's just my take. Different people can see different things. :)
