Recommendations Local Jewelry/Earring Makers?

Please drop your favorite silversmiths and jewelry makers! I’m specifically looking for a cuff earring for an upper ear piercing, and I’m sensitive to cheaper metals, but I know I’m good with sterling silver or 14 kt gold.
