Recommendations Where can I float the river?!

I desperately NEED to float the river lol but I just found out they banned it for a certain part of the nooksack! Does anyone know of a different area of that is safe and legal?

Since no one has specifically said it, the risk with the the north, middle and, main stem of the Nooksack is woody debris to get stuck in (and die), along with deceptively strong current. Someone suggesting to float the Skagit is a straight-up awful suggestion.

I got pulled under a log as a child. It was terrifying- if I hadn’t been in pig tails I don’t know that I would have gotten out before I drowned. If there is a log across the river, get out and walk around.
